You can't beat these views. Decided to sit on back porch the weather was perfect…read more My friend ordered the fish of the day it was yellow tail snapper topped with trout roe with a side of broccolini. She liked her meal. She also got a Bloody Mary (she was disappointed they didn't have a shrimp or bacon topping option) the waitress that is only available on Sundays. I loved my grouper sandwich and garlic fries. The ettoufee mayo is excellent I recommend asking for extra to dip the fries into.

I positioned myself on the back deck for dinner right before sunset. I started with three broiled oysters in a classic topping of spinach garlic butter ($14). They were wholly delicious. Maybe I should have passed on the St Augustine Clam Chowder ($13), a bowl of lukewarm tomato based broth with datil pepper, pancetta and diced vegetables including potatoes. The highlight was to be a fried clam fritter- a clam golf ball that waded in the broth, like a beach ball in the pool. It was too fried to absorb the liquid and required a knife or a stab from the soup spoon to break it apart. Bits of clam were now exposed to a soggy mass of fried batter. Ugh. The jerk chicken entree ($34) was too much money for too little moistness and real Jamaican jerk flavors. Bits of papaya, mango and peanuts were around the piece of chicken. Sides of cilantro white rice and slaw accompanied the chicken but didn't do much to salvage the bird. Just meh. Service was prompt and friendly. So maybe the sunset serves well to distract from the menu.

Our server greeted us promptly, and we started the evening with a chilled bottle of Pinot Noir and the meatball starter. The presentation with the polenta was beautiful, and the flavor was outstanding. For our entrées, we enjoyed the lemon fettuccine with lobster, the honey ham pizza, and the wild arugula salad. Every dish was excellent -- fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. Dessert was just as memorable: a chocolate gelato and a pistachio gelato topped with espresso. A perfect finish. What made the night truly meaningful was the kindness of the serving staff and the manager, who took the time to greet us and make our anniversary feel genuinely special. Olivia helped create a memory we'll always cherish. We'll definitely be back!

So naturally we had to stop in when we were together. Saturday we arrived for an early dinner. We had several drinks and many appetizers. Our server Kyle was great. He mentioned the chicken parm and I instantly made a resi for the next day so we could try it. I was so glad we did, it was perfectly cooked and juicy. The pasta which they make in house was also perfection. Honestly you have to stop in!
