It was my first time today and Jenny was the person who did my lashes. As a first time client I was expecting to get she more information about the process and care of f my lashes. But I didn't. First of all she gave me a totally a wrong code for the price. Which I had to learn it a hard way at the time of the pay, And when I told her that she was so confused at first but and said no she did not. She was not confident at all about questions she was answering. Also my lashes were falling as I was standing there. Overall she was acting odd. Also she asked me when I was paying make sure to pay her tip. That to me was very unprofessional. Next time if I go back I would ask for someone else. So I have to say I was surprised that the owner called me after my review. He was very nice and for sure a business man. He did not want to have a bad review and he cared about his business and customer's experience. Was not happy with the service provided. Waited 15 minutes for my lash artist thinking I'm a different client. Lash artist didn't know what I paid for (lash & eye treatment) told her that I wanted them classic & short. The results were not to my satisfaction... I felt like they were way too long. I told her I wasn't happy and didn't offer to fix it just next time during my refill. Also Felt rushed toward the end because another client booked with her. Wasn't a very relaxing appointment.. didn't get the lashes I asked for. Lash artist was a bit snappy. The doors were locked when I arrived 9:04am.. my appointment was at 9 we started at 9:15. I asked for doll style lashes.. I was given a cat eye. The salon was freezing cold the whole time. I asked for the heater to be turned up but was given a blanket instead. I was not told what kind of curl was going to be used or what they even offered. My second visit to salon after the first visit with Alicia. Unfortunately, my lashes fell off not even lasting 12 hours after my first experience with Alicia. I am sure she is great but maybe it was just an unlucky day. I was not happy and contacted the owner. Thankfully, the owner offered me another full set session to fix the problem. In fact, she was very generous and understanding (I would definitely come back just because of her, that's how friendly she is). Then I scheduled to come in a few days after with Amy and she was VERY caring. I rarely leave a review for a salon but I really want to support this business. Amy took care of me very well and my lashes look amazing now. I almost cancelled my membership as well but I am considering keeping the membership so that I can visit Amy again to get my lashes taken care of from now on. Got a lash lift here which took a little more than an hour to get done. My eyelashes were pretty damaged from eyelash extensions which is why I wanted to try something different. I wasn't entirely wowed by it when it was first done, but after the next day when I did put mascara on, it did look nice and it stayed curled. Hoping it stays lifted for at least 1.5 months. If I could give this business zero stars I would. I've been coming here for 2 years and I've had the most amazing lash techs ever. I was very impressed with their work and that's what kept me coming back. HOWEVER the owners... they know absolutely nothing about lashing and it shows when you try and talk with them about an issue you had with your lashes. All the good lash artists here have quit because of the owners and how unfair they are to their employees. They play favorites and made one lash artist a "master artist" when she's the one that messes up peoples lashes the most. And then they have their other lash artists fix the mess (ie lashes stuck together, more than one natural lash to a fan, massive fallout...) They lied to me last time when my lash artist was hurt and had to call out that they put me with another "senior" artist. Come to find out she was there only for 3 days and while I don't think there's anything wrong with someone who is self taught, I noticed the work wasn't all that great that she did, now I hear she's the manager? That was only a month ago! Other things that the owner does that is messed up is I've been charged random amounts that didn't make sense and when I asked about it to the owners they said I was the one that was wrong and said they'd send me a copy of my transactions and that never happened, beyond unprofessional. They will change your lash artist last minute without telling you and they've done that to me the last 3 or 4 times I've come in for a fill. When people find the artist they like, switching it last minute isn't great for the customer especially if you're going to lie and say the person they're now with is an expert when they really just started. My last phone call with the owner they told me they had to let my lash tech go and that they noticed I was being charged FOR TWO MEMBERSHIPS and since I've been a "hard customer" and I stopped him there for calling me that and told him to refund BOTH charges and cancel my membership because you don't call your customers that especially when YOU, the business is what they're having an issue with. If I'm a "hard customer" because I speak up when I'm having issues then I definitely do not want to support a business and people like this. Do not go here and support such absolute monsters of owners. read more
