Their system of confirming appointments sometimes when they feel like it? And then turning you away the one time they they decide your appointment needs to be confirmed is flawed. They pick and choose when that applies and it is very inconvenient. I made a new appointment in person and when i came back for that appointment they alleged that they couldn't see me. They ended up seeing me but took me on a roller coaster for some reason. They charge additional for every single thing. "Shaping" your nails even when you got a fill in and have a shape, removing gel even though they're the ones who applied it, even a file (not even a cut) down is extra. Would recommend Hannah if you do end up going to this salon but consider the above info.

If the tech isn't as experienced with whatever you request, the ladies around her will help. My last visit is what really sealed the deal. I requested my usual gel pedicure but added a cat eye shimmer. It didn't seem like something she was used to doing, but the tech next to her helped and it came out perfect :) The ladies I was sitting next to even complimented them. It looked so pretty and the entire process was enjoyable. She took her time with shaping each nail and made sure my feet were smooth and moisturized. Now, the prices are a little steeper than most salons in the area...but you pay for quality. They don't rush and it's something to be appreciated. I can't wait to go back and try another color combo :D

I usually go for regular polish, paint, and glitter, LOL! However, I've found that 80% of the time, the reviews and prices are either false, misleading or even generated by AI. Many of these salons are disrespectful and unprofessional, assuming I will return to complain or demand a refund the next day, especially for just regular polish. It's frustrating! This has never been an issue; I haven't once discussed or felt the need to discuss anything like that with Linda! I haven't seen her in almost four years and have visited about 50 technicians since then, all because I need immediate service and no longer live in the area. Despite that, I've only written maybe eight reviews in my entire life, and Linda is, without a doubt, the best nail and eyelash artist I've ever encountered. Their branding is also very polished; you'll notice it everywhere, even on the technicians' aprons. When I signed in, I told the receptionist I just needed a fill-in and that I thought I had Gel X. She explained the difference between Gel X and builder gel, and we confirmed that I indeed had Gel X. My original nail tech asked about the color I wanted and seemed excited to match a similar shade. But once she realized I had Gel X, she told me there was no way to do a fill-in and that the entire set would have to be removed and redone. She explained her reasoning, which I understood. I agreed in theory, but I let her know I was on a time crunch and had to leave within an hour. If I had more time, I would've been open to removing the set and starting over. Unfortunately, she kept repeating that she wasn't doing it and became visibly frustrated: huffing and puffing and making the situation bigger than it needed to be. It was uncalled for because she kinda mean! She made a situation that was small into something HUGE! Thankfully, Anna and Aaron (the owner/manager) stepped in. Aaron demonstrated how the fill-in could be done while Anna and the other tech watched. Anna then took over and completed my nails, and they looked amazing. I'm really grateful to Anna and Aaron for actually listening to what I was asking for and working with me instead of immediately dismissing my request. Their professionalism made all the difference.

The tech did my manicure and didnt even do the same things to both hands. Took a full 15 minutes just to shape my nails (which are very short and I had done the prior day). The owner did the two base clear layers and the color was done by the tech. I now have nails that are thick and have little bubbles coming up under. I dont even want to go back to get it fixed.
