When it happened the second time I decided to make this review. The employee looked at me and then returned to what they were doing and a second later asked another customer if she needed anything. I believe I was being profiled that I would not spend like that customer. It is extremely upsetting to be profiled when I am happy to spend money on quality goods with great customer service.

There is a rude old women who works there with a very smart mouth who was nasty when the chain was brought in. Keeping in mind I'd been there before and never saw her. She claimed to be the store manager. Anyway I would not shop here or trust the good reviews they are dishonest and that is the bottom line. As you can see the chain was not repaired properly and the clasp is tarnished but the necklace is not.

Over the past year, l've noticed a big improvement in how things are run, and I truly think the new store manager deserves credit for that. In previous years, when I brought in clothes to sell, my experiences with some of the buyers felt very unprofessional, in fact I had multiple bad experiences with one of the female buyers that I notice still works there. She was very rude and condescending and now when I come in to sell I specifically don't want her to attend me. However, this year has been a completely different story. The newer buyers seem much better trained, more organized, respectful, and clear in how they take care of their customers. The whole process feels smoother and more customer-focused now, which makes a huge difference. In fact, today I had a question about the pricing of some of my items and the new store manager was very helpful and I left feeling very happy! Because of these positive changes, I actually look forward to bringing items in again, and I feel more confident in the process when working with the newer staff. Overall, I'm glad to see the progress and hope it continues in this direction. I have also recommended this location to my family and friends and they love the store!

So, there are definitely trendier items here and clothes are organized based on different trends as well (Y2K, designer, vintage, etc). I like the openness and brightness of the store. It resembles its other location in LA. I like that the racks aren't overcrowded with too many items so you can actually slide the coat hangers and look at the items. I got 2 jackets and culotte pants from here. Each were $12.99. The store was very nicely organized and even had an armchair to lounge on. The shoes were in good condition. The bad: I saw several tops with holes, snags or frayed fabric. They don't have healthcare worker discounts like the thrift shop across the street has. The interesting: You can bring in 5 items at a time in the fitting room. One of the workers at the register was on her phone a lot but perhaps she was looking up values/prices of the clothes she was labeling? They do buy clothes here.

The placement was perfect when she doted her ears but when it came time she actually piercing her ears they came out crooked!! I told her that they were off and she sighed and tried to go back and forth with me about it. I eventually asked for her manager and she responded with " i am the manager now are you going to pay or what" . I told her to let me speak to whoever is above her and she walk away and told me "F off" .. I told her that i will be calling corporate and to keep my information incase someone wanted to contact me for leaving. The absolute worst experience ever in that store ever!!!! Brought in my daughter that is 7 years old (first piercing) she was really nice and sweet to her , and to top it off we showed up at 7:02 pm, closing time is 7pm. She welcomed us in with a smile despite being there super late and helped us out. She was really nice and patient with us throughout the process and very professional. She let us take the time and see which earring my daughter and us like for her. I was beyond impressed with her customer service and how she explained everything to my daughter, making her feel comfortable and made it an easy process.
