Given the holiday weekend the technician didn't know if he could get to make a service call. He in turn called Alert Alarm Systems Owner Victor who made the service call today and between himself and his technician Rob who directed him via phone, they resolved the problem and ran tests to make sure the system worked properly. Mainly due to the fact that I have a dog and would not want any harm to come to him. So when the sensors are not working, I need it corrected ASAP. You may ask yourself why 3 stars, it is because I got an awesome technician who explained why part of the sensor held on with tape, was not working and he not only used a very strong version but showed us how strong it was, checked all sensors and left us a piece of the tape in the event it happens again. His name is Chandler Armstrong. The first tech who came out Godfried was not bad, but could have installed better, however was very helpful in answering all questions and setting the system up on my phone. Chandler explained how I could add additional people if I had a pet sitter coming in and out. I am not happy with ADT, but the local office also straightened out a billing issue that I had spoken to my original sales person about at least 5 times. Thanks to those in that office that know what they are doing and are helpful.

To start, Best Buy canceled our installation of our new home at 6:30pm by text the night before install. Only options were to reschedule or cancel. Evidently they only have one crew and totally left us hanging as we had been planning on this for over 3 weeks. We had to drive 30 minutes to Best Buy in Port Charlotte because they no longer have phones in store, ( this is a complete joke if you have tried to deal with Best Buy lately, GOOD LUCK) to see what had happened and try to reschedule or cancel. We ended up walking out of Best Buy at 9:00pm with nothing resolved and possibly a week or two wait on installation. The next morning my wife found Quality Tv on Google and we decided to stop in. Mike gave us a quick class on TVs and we loved the family atmosphere of his business.
