I called CE who dispatched Mikey to get our service restored. Mikey identified the problem sensor and bypassed the bad unit, getting us back in service. Then after finding no available sensors, The owner Alex stepped up and sourced a replacement sensor from the mfg. Last Thursday, we noticed water streaming out of the AC vent in our pantry, never a great sign! By the time they got here, the water had stopped, so I told them I'd reach back out if it started again. Well, sure enough, Saturday rolls around and the leak starts up again. I called them back and within 30 minutes, Alex (one of the owners--on his day off) and Taylor were both at my door. They were kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the bottom of it. After a deep dive into the system, they figured it out: the drain pipe had been installed with a 90-degree elbow instead of two 45s, creating too much pressure. Over time, it wore down and finally cracked, right as our AC was working overtime in the summer heat. Once it started condensing, water had nowhere to go but down... into our pantry. Alex and Taylor went above and beyond to fix the issue and explain everything in a way that made total sense. I couldn't have asked for better service. Truly top-tier experience. Highly recommend.
