I also returned for a Chiro session with Dr. Sean. He is knowledgeable and very talented! Most chiropractors will crack your back and send you off but he really spent the time using various techniques and providing very useful information and tips to help prevent my alignment issues moving forward. Dr Sean Tipton is the best! I have a tendency to be cautious when considering any medical/ physical treatments, including spinal manipulation, but Dr. Sean immediately put me at ease, explaining everything he was doing. Most importantly, he was able to completely eliminate the neck pain I had for over a year (that was non responsive to medication, acupuncture, massage, and pharmaceutical treatments). They are amazing I've been a service provider and in the industry for so long and I've finally found a place that has all that I need in one stop. now time to talk about Tana. This woman is incredible, she will teach you and guide you through what she's doing and has the most lovely personality. She isn't like other massage therapist. It won't be your classic cookie cutter massage. She will let her intuition and years and years of experience guide her. Trust her judgement and give her space to really help you and heal you. If you go in with expectations then you might miss out on how amazing she is. Let the process flow and be accepting and kind. Be honest with what you feel in your body and communicate and she will go where the pain is the worst and she will do stuff that you've never felt before. She is a light worker and energy healer by nature so I believe if you want to be healed then you need to come in with the best intentions and be open to new techniques. I tried dry needling for the first time after 2 1/2 weeks of being in pain. I got injured lifting at the gym. I tried everything from ice, heat, chiropractor twice, massage, and even 4 sessions of Airrosti. Nothing worked. I went into Deep Relief, had one session and was cured! I was little nervous about it being painful at first but all I felt was a small pinch then immediate relief.
