DJ Jeremy was well prepared and well-spoken on our initial call, and we could tell he's extremely experienced in what he does. After we signed the contract, DJ Jeremy and his business partner and wife Jeannine sent over comprehensive guides of what they needed from us prior to our wedding date. It was very helpful to have organized requests and made it easy to share everything I was envisioning for wedding day, from ceremony music to cake cutting music to of course the dance floor music. He was extremely detail oriented, double checking with us on the exact timing of some of our selected songs (e.g. playing a song right as we had our first kiss). On the day of, it was so nice to hear all the fun music we chose throughout the day, like for cocktail hour and dinner. Jeremy even secretly coordinated ahead of time with one of our bridesmaids to play a snippet of a surprise song during one of the toasts, which was a very fun surprise. Jeannine was a fantastic MC, hyping up the crowd and making sure we moved according to the timeline. And of course, DJ Jeremy did a spectacular job with the dance floor music, assessing the audience and transitioning songs seamlessly. One of the best choices he made was adding one additional "last song" that was on my must-play list, which was a huge hit with everyone - he knew my audience better than I did. His mixing is killer and he made sure to play our staples and was still accommodating to guest requests. The photobooth was very popular. Though it was a bit expensive - you get what you pay for. We thought about going with a self-setup photobooth but are glad we didnt. We didnt have to worry about a thing. Jeremy and Jeanine helped make sure the design was good for our photobooth. From the first meeting I explained my vision and he was super attentive without making me feel overbearing (lol). Whether is was email, phone, or in person communication with us.. he was amazing through the entire process, his song lists and mixing SUPERB, and on the actual day he delivered MUCH more better than expected!!!! Music was HUGE thing for our wedding and he kept our guests on their feet from start to finish. Old school R&B, 90s, 00s, top 40s, cha cha, dance, hyphy Music lol the list goes on.. From cocktail hour to the last song of the night - every one of our guests (young and old) mentioned how amazing he was! Our own venue even told us they NEVER seen the dance floor that PACKED with guests dancing! Let's not forget to mention his MC skills - we had a huge wedding party! He went above and beyond and had the patience to help us coordinate our grand entrance and tailoring each song for each couple, he also made the order of our events of the reception seamless, and created a dope atmosphere the whole night. Lastly, I want to mention is his equipment. Our up-lights and GOBO was requested super last minute, but AJ was accommodating and put together an amazing setup! In the lead-up, communication was clear and structured. Dan from the office and Kieu made sure we understood what they needed, and the process included multiple emails and a productive Zoom call. This is not a low-cost option, but it's also not just a DJ service. They effectively drive the event.
