I almost immediately decided I would sign the contract. Tien was then quickly in touch with me and went through everything. Since I booked Tien last minute and my schedule changed a week before, I was afraid that we did not communicate well enough. But on the day of the wedding! Tien was so professional and you could hardly feel that he was there. He was always smiling and was very considerate and patient. He gave us many great tips in filming and how to get the best poses. From cocktail hour to the last song of the night - every one of our guests (young and old) mentioned how amazing he was! Our own venue even told us they NEVER seen the dance floor that PACKED with guests dancing! Let's not forget to mention his MC skills - we had a huge wedding party! He went above and beyond and had the patience to help us coordinate our grand entrance and tailoring each song for each couple, he also made the order of our events of the reception seamless, and created a dope atmosphere the whole night. I contacted him in February regarding a DJ for my wedding on August 27th in Bodega bay. DJ Andy whom I put a deposit on back in February has proved extremely untrustworthy. All my emails often bounced to him, he provided inconsistent pricing with inconsistent policies, and it took him over 4 days to send me a sample of his work. Six days before the wedding, he claimed that he couldn't do my event unless I paid in full for his services, even though he'd previously agreed to be paid on site the day of. He then lashed out at me, claiming I was a scammer and refused to show up for my wedding unless I gave him all the money upfront. I believe he was attempting to scam me out of my money. He claimed he didn't know where the venue was, even though I sent him all the information upfront and even included him in a mass email to all the vendors for the event that had a full schedule break down. I was 6 days away from my wedding, and had no DJ. He made a bunch of promises about being a projector screen, so I spent 2 and a half days on a 1.5 hour photo slide show, and gave him the full breakdown of our first dance songs. I had a bad feeling about him, so the other week when I was trying to pay all the vendors, I sent the rest of the payment I owed him to the coordinator for her to make a cash envelope for him. I knew I couldn't trust him, and I so wish I had booked someone else. I will be leaving reviews wherever I can to prevent this kind of stress from happening to another bride. 6 days from the wedding... Unbelievable. I also found Ron's initial communication to be extremely unreliable. It took him over a week to actually get me in touch with DJ Andy. I really should have known better...

I recently worked with Jay and Sound and Video rentals for a small backyard party. Jay helped me…read moredecide that the basic AV system package would give me what I needed (2 speakers, 1 amp and 1 microphone that could be used via bluetooth or directly plugged into my laptop. Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival. Jay was super great and friendly to work with and walked me through the usage of the system. The system was MORE than capable for what we needed, but was so great to have the option to increase the volume, or to only use one speaker as the day went on. Side note, Jay's favorite music is 80's freestyle, so have that ready when he tests the system! Jay came the next day around noon to disassemble the equipment and haul it out. I would definitely recommend Jay and Sound and Video Rentals as well as use them in the future.

I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.

We found Sai and Krazee Photobooth (guess they're called Swag now) through an Amazon deal, and…read morehired them for our November wedding. We had been in the hunt for a photobooth for many months for our wedding, and couldn't find any with the right combination of booth (we wanted it to hold at least five people), price, and quality. We also wanted one that provided props, printed photo strips for our guests, and provided a CD for us at the end with all our images. Sai came through big time on all counts, without some of the ridiculous markups we had with other photobooth quotes ($100 for props, really??). He was responsive and easy to work with in the initial scheduling/contract phase, and got back in touch without us hounding him to help us work out some set-up logistics as well as square away the custom graphic for our photo strip in the weeks before the wedding. On the day of, we walked into a perfect set up with no snags, and were happy to see guests already making use of the booth. We weren't sure whether people would actually use it much, but it was a huge hit and was just packed with people all night. One of the greatest things Sai did was track down myself and my bride to be sure we got a photo set together, and it resulted in one of our favorite shots of the night (nothing like a bride in a Viking hat, I always say). The photo CD came in a few weeks later, just as promised, and we had a great time seeing the tons of fun our guests had throughout the night (including several groups of eight packed in there!). I would absolutely recommend Krazee Photobooth/Swag for any and all of your photobooth needs. Sai was mellow and easygoing in dealings with him, but responsive and professional to the core. And the product, from the actual booth itself, to the props, to the photos themselves, really and truly speaks for itself.
