My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. We had a bookshelf that was a little disorganized (not expecting them to worry about it) and they straightened everything up and made it look so nice. It was a great surprise! The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team.

Language barriers, lack of training and/or work ethic, lack of communication are issues that keep repeating themselves. Trouble is, with a tight labor market, there is no simple solution. We signed a 1 year contract with the provider for cleaning services. I was hesitant to sign on for…read more1 year, as I've read tips online stating that if a provider is confident in their service, they won't require such a contract. I requested for the term to be shortened, in case anything were to go wrong, I wouldn't be locked in for the entire contract, but I was directed to a clause in the contract (the "REMEDIES" section) that would allow for me to to terminate if the provider did not fulfill our expectation and improve in a timely manner. Here I am, about a month and a half after I started my services and I could not be more disappointed in their cleaning and professionalism. I have had about 6 cleanings thus far, and I have never seen the same two janitors on site. How can we get consistent service and proper cleaning corrections made if we keep getting different people? On top of that, none of the women that have come spoke English. This would not be an issue if I spoke fluent Spanish or the janitors understood English directions, but neither of those are true. I could not communicate with them, and would have to resort to sending emails back to their admin for corrections to be made the next go around. As for professionalism, the contract states that the janitors would come out in uniform during each visit. This only happened for one visit. All other visits, the janitors wore what they pleased, which included short, strapless dresses, and flip flops. I even experienced one janitor talking on the phone while cleaning my office during business hours! So much for professionalism... I advise you to stay FAR AWAY from this business, if you are looking for someone reliable, professional, and can get the job done.

I just got hung upon by the owner Jefferey because He realizes that I will not use his company…read moreanymore. He just said "payment" as he rudely hung up as if he doesn't want to hear my feedback. I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.
