He also demanded payment in full, prior to ordering. His wife called me two days prior to what he claimed was a factory price increase and instructed me to ZELLE funds to his account. I did so, but ZELLE would not do an immediate transfer (two days). The bank provided him with legitimate confirmation of payment codes for proof of payment. He refused to accept them. At the end of our telephone conversation, he began to swear at me profusely and wanted a 100% money wire to cover payment. In the end, his poor behavior showed his true colors as a shady business man.

There's a huge yard here and my slider faces the yard that goes out onto a concrete sitting area. I had just swept, put out Spring decorations, when I hear Nolet leaf blowing. Mind you had they properly got rid of the leaves before the Snow, there wouldn't be any to blow. I went out there to let them know they didn't need to do my area and the yard in front of slider as there wasn't 1 single leaf out there, cause I pick them up. There were about 8 guys and they were coming my way. 1 of the young kids remembered me and had said no problem we don't need to cause you're right, it's very clean here. I'm the past they broke my porcelain decorations, they stepped and broke my foot stones. They are VERY careless and LAZY...I went to my new SUV and was upset cause there was dust and twigs on it. Well, I grabbed a cloth and dusted off what I could. I had my drivers door opened and was calling mgmt when I started hearing a leaf blower coming, and the kid LITERALLY blew this pile of leaves in front of my door towards my face, the inside of my spotless car and was going to keep going until I freaked out. I had dirt in my eyes, leaves all over my face ANDMY SCRUBS (was going to work and was late cause of this) and leaves and dirt all in the inside and I was beside myself. He did it on purpose. He knew I was most likely calling to complain about their sloppy work, and decided to come my way so they leaf blower would not let me talk. I was upset at him and told him there were 3 other areas he could've blown the leaves towards, however, he decided to blow it all directly at me, and giggled about it. My area is always very clean. Then they come unannounced and blow dirt n etc towards the glass windows, sliders, grill, etc....I would NOT hire this company. They are young, no work ethic, and 1 of them was sitting on the mower last Summer with it running in the same place for almost an hr. I looked out, and he had his ft up, chillin, while texting away...So the place still looked a mess when they left. I went to the store, came back, and they were gone fast. Only there for about 2 hrs and probably telling the bosses they worked more....Landscapers are supposed to love their job and love the smile and happiness one brings to a homeowner/renter when they see their yard in pristine condition!!.....I called the company and can't get a mgr. The kids that were here picked up. So, if anyone is looking for great landscapers, there ARE NOT the ones u want....

I hired this company to install a patio around my pool. we agreed to a price . which I realized her…read moreover charged me 1000 dollars that he did give it back after when I called the next day, I complained about the patio. when they installed the patio, it was awful, it was so rough you couldn't walk on it bare foot. which is what a pool patio should have a smooth surface. it was two different colors had hunks of cement sticking up. it started to crack the first week, when I complained about the surface and cracks the owner called me a liar and told me it didn't hurt my feet and his worker used the wrong broom and it wasn't his fault. that I would thank him when the kids didn't slip and fall. he told me not to call him again and wouldn't stand behind his work. I had to hire another company to come out and sand this down out the best they could so we could walk on it bare foot , it still looks bad and not the quality I expected. check his reviews all old ones, he was recommended to me from a friend , I wouldn't recommend this company for anything , back in the day he may of been good but does poor work now and is a terrible businessman
