Cannoli paczki with a pudding like filling.

This is a really nice small Italian bakery and deli in Dearborn. The meatballs and sauce are delicious. The service was wonderful. I wouldn't recommend the cannoli paczki. They look terrific but the filling is more of a pudding than actual cannoli cream and it had an odd coconut flavor. We're used to New Jersey, Staten Island, and NYC cannoli cream, which is quite different in flavor and texture. Other than that, everything was great.

Breakfast pizza?? Ok day late from national pizza day and heard about this glorious breakfast pizza on the radio. Since my boyfriend loves pizza and we both had the day off we decided to make a trip here (he's east side!). We each got a slice in addition to cannoli and a cookie shaped like a pair of lips. We ate the pizza in the car- crust, egg, and either ham, bacon, and cheddar or spinach and feta. Glorious! Definitely worth the detour.

I was hoping for more home made items and hot food. If you are looking for some sweets it is worth a stop. A selection of cookies and cannolis.

    Breakfast pizza, so yummy

I found out about this place from my best friend who grew up eating it. I am beyond obsessed. I usually get an unbaked 2-3 times a month. I love their unbaked pizza. I usually get it with just cheese. It comes with instructions on how to cook it(even I can't mess it up). The sauce is great. I have learned people either love it or hate it. And I am beyond sold. I have gotten their huge lunch slices and have tried different toppings that they have that day, and cheese is still my favorite. The breakfast pizza is beyond out of this world. Update: found out their subs are beyond awesome! Yummy bread, fresh veggies and cheese! Love this place

We started with the Kale Caesar Salad, which was crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed not overly heavy but still packed with flavor. The Bang Bang Shrimp had the ideal balance of crispy texture and creamy heat, and the Halloumi Cheese was grilled beautifully with that salty, savory bite that makes it addictive. The standout for me was the Short Rib Pappardelle rich, tender, melt-in-your-mouth short rib layered over perfectly cooked pasta. It's comforting but elevated. The Whole Deboned Branzino was incredibly fresh and flaky, cooked to perfection with clean, bright flavors that didn't overpower the fish. We also had the Honey Zaatar Salmon, which was such a unique combination slightly sweet, herbaceous, and perfectly balanced. And don't skip the truffle fries crispy, aromatic, and impossible to stop eating. And let's talk about the mocktails absolutely amazing. Creative, refreshing, and beautifully presented. It's rare to find a place that puts this much thought into non-alcoholic drinks, and Tiliani nailed it. From the food to the atmosphere to the overall energy, this place is a solid five stars. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to for both a fun night out and a relaxed dinner with friends.

To top it off, we finished with cannolis and profiteroles, which were the perfect ending to a great meal. We will absolutely be back and will definitely be asking for Allison as our server again. The sauce is tart and a little sweet and there are small chunks of tomatoes here and there which infuse even more flavor with each bite. If you hold up a slice for a little CSI: Pizza action, you're going to see a firm "V" shape on the side profile with a slight bend towards the tip of the slice. As far as I'm concerned, the classics are the way to go. I would say "The Don" is the overall crowd pleaser with a little more cheese than the basic pep but I think I've permanently been converted to the "Moe Greene". It's simple, there's plenty of cheese, and you get to really enjoy the bread and sauce. The "Fredo" is also good if you want something a little different. It has a small dusting of hot sauce and a generous amount of diced chicken and a drizzling of ranch. The chicken and hot sauce are well balanced so you don't feel like you're chugging a bottle of Franks with your pizza. They've added outdoor seating since opening, the indoor wait area can get a little crowded, the wait times can be a little long during peak hours, and the drive to Melvindale isn't short. All those caveats aside, it's absolutely worth the trip and the wait.

It's a small restaurant but runs pretty efficiently. There aren't a lot of great seating options, so I think carryout is probably the way to go here. Or else arrive at opening or go during a non-holiday period. This place, despite the size, has a lot of personality and clearly a lot of repeat customers. In my short visit, I saw several people borrow one of the silver sharpies on the counter to write a message on the bricks, walls, counter, etc. The whole restaurant is covered with people's graffiti, which is kind of great because it just shows how much it is loved that people want to be part of it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, which was big enough to feed three people with light appetites. All three of us were very pleased with the quality and quantity of the pepperoni. The pizza was also served with fresh basil, which is a very nice touch. I personally think the crust and sauce could be a bit more flavorful, but it was still a very good pizza overall. I highly recommend Fredi the PizzaMan but caution that there might be a bit of a wait and/or lines.

(Ordering from their website, you'd think the parking lot would be lit -- in at least two ways -- but it's next to a brewery Nice brewery and all, but Bistro seems a bit out of place... not the brewery.) Pickup was seemless. Anyhow, the lettuce seemed fresh, and there was some dark lettuce in there too. The chicken was very moist... and not much evidence of grilling. Not bad, tho, if you're hungry -- it was all right. Probly perfect for some. The dressing is something that we think could turn an otherwise decent salad into 4-5 stars... what they've got going on today, their "creamy Parmesan vinaigrette" is... well, it's just creamy. Maybe there's parmesan flavoring in it? It's OK, just very bland. Maybe their loyal clientele love it! Finally, to top it off, literally: "grilled pesto pita". You get one of these little slices hot of the grill and they might be edible. Beyond two minutes?... they turned into tiny triangular pucks. Seemed like a small pita to begin with too. Overall, decent. Not bad, definitely not great... which is too bad, we really want to love this place!
