    Short rib paparadelle a must
    Carolyn E.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here; perfect oysters, the bang bang shrimp is super on point with homemade sauces and I always love the honey zaatar salmon. I was really happy that it came with yummy buttered perfectly cooked carrots this season. Hubby had the short rib paparadle pasta which is so savory and perfectly cooked. Tender meat, homemade pasta, creamy sauce. I also tried a glass of the Lebanese red wine they have and it was quite good! Service was excellent with servers and a manager on the floor; ambiance was celebratory and cozy; perfect on a December night. I love it here.

Made reservations for 9:30 and the restaurant closes at 10! How does this even make sense maybe adjust the time to making the last reservation for 8pm rather than 9:30 To get people in then rushing them out. Make it fair for people that are willing to come and spend their money and time. Disappointed because I was so excited for my sister to try this place. Food is mediocre

Normally this place is 5/5 for me, but I went there on my anniversary and the food execution felt sloppier. The service was amazing, as usual- that is always consistent. Everything else was just OK. We enjoyed the kale salad as usual, and the cream corned was some of the best and most interesting we've had, but the potato pizza was extremely dry. It needed some kind of white sauce or big cheese flavor. I like the concept but it was missing something... maybe more garlic or salt? It was just kind of bland and dry. The short rib pasta was tasty, but the style of noodle was quite thick and didn't really do anything to enhance the short rib... they were just kind of there. IDK, maybe our expectations were too high since we've had fabulous experiences otherwise. I think they need to update a few of the starters and pizzas, not much has changed over the last year. We miss the zaatar za though. Ambience was pleasant, it's chic and clean. I think if they knocked $2 off the mocktails they would go crazy. We ordered 2 each but could've easily gone for a 3rd and even 4th on nights when we get dessert.

Tiliani is the most cutest, quaint restaurant that I have been to in a long time! The aesthetic is stunning, and the restaurant is decorated quite well--white table cloths included. Carlo was my server, he was so polite and kind. He suggested that I try the Short Rib Pappardelle. And, let me just tell you--that dish is to die for! The cream sauce is the right consistency, the noodles are made fresh in house, and the short rib was prepared to perfection. It's tender and juicy! Basically, the dish melts in your mouth--pause. I was thoroughly impressed. I would go back there just for that dish and to also try new dishes. I highly recommend!

I have been wanting to try Tiliani for months, but it didn't work out until last week. Finally, I had the opportunity to have dinner there and I was more pleased than I imagined I might be. The ambiance is unique and charming. The waitstaff was very attentive and offered suggestions and interesting info about the food, e.g., the source of the olive oil. The meal started with warm homemade bread with a fancy olive oil for dipping. The bread was phenomenal and the olive oil was peppery. It was the kind of bread that was so good you'll think about it later. My party of three each tried a different pasta. I tried the caramelle - a pasta dish made with twisted candy-shaped pasta stuffed with spinach and topped with a silky mushroom sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. It was a delectable and elegant dish, not overly large in portion size but ample enough for me, especially after two slices of that amazing bread. The other members of my party ordered the tagliatelle bolognese and the the rigatoni with a spicy blush sauce. I tried the rigatoni and found it very flavorful. I might order that one in future. Both the rigatoni and tagliatelle seemed to be much larger portion sizes. For dessert, we ordered the bitter orange olive oil cake and the tiramisu. Portion sizes for both desserts were huge and splittable. The olive oil cake came topped with fresh ricotta and preserved cherries. The olive oil cake had a unique taste and texture that was unlike any dessert I've had before in a good way. The tiramisu was very good but I wouldn't say it was better than others I've had. All three of us were very pleased with the quality of the meal and look forward to go8ng back sometime to try the pizzas. All three

The best things were the short rib pappardelle, and coccoberry bliss drink, both were flavourful. The bread was great, and the basket really caught my eye. Our server Lisa was awesome, she really made our night fun by adding to our jokes and not being offended. The lamp chops were cooked just right, and soft and went well with the sauce they came in. The waygu was okay, just cooked in something simple and sweet didn't feel to have any special flavour. Rigatoni was sweet, which I would never get again here. Least favourite was the NY strip, it was slightly undercooked for what I asked for. It was also cold, it used the same sauce as lamb chops. The place is nicely decorated, seating is kind of tight. The did give us a free dessert, which was also decent. Good to have a halal Italian place in the area.

West Dearborn really needed a good authentic Italian restaurant! The decor and ambiance is everything. The restaurant is beautiful! The service was great. I loved our waitress, she went over the menu with such detail. She definitely deserves a shout out but I don't remember her name lol but it starts with a "K" I believe. The complimentary bread and olive oil used for dipping the bread that's imported straight from Lebanon from the chefs grandpas olive trees was such a beautiful touch. I really enjoyed that olive oil, it was amazing. I really really enjoyed the kale Caesar and I would 100% go back just for that salad alone. It was probably one of the best kale salads I have ever tried. We also had the steak and the rigatoni which were also super tasty, I've tried Carbone and let me tell ya, I enjoyed the rigatoni at Tiliani 100x more. I definitely want to come back for that kale Caesar and to try the pizza next! Highly recommend trying this new place out and supporting a local small business. Cheers!

    Spicy rigatoni pasta
    Dalia A.

Cute, new halal restaurant in Dearborn. Decor is fun and beachy. Focaccia was served warm with olive oil which was nice to start. For apps, we tried the kale Caesar salad which personally I love kale salads but the kale to dressing ratio wasn't my favorite. Kale pieces are also very large. Brussels sprouts had ricotta served on top, which I enjoyed. Favorite of the night was the pepperoni pizza, mostly because it was halal, thin, and personal sized. Would recommend getting 2 pizzas if you're sharing with the table. For my entree, I ordered the spicy rigatoni pasta which was okay. It didn't really stand out to me and it wasn't spicy at all. Overall I like the concept of the restaurant but it wasn't my favorite for Italian food.

    Pepperoni pizza

Tried this place out after seeing it on social media. The interior was lovely. Food wise, it's exciting to see an all halal Italian restaurant, but I do wish there was a bit more flavor. We started off with the kale Caesar salad which was okay, and the Brussels sprouts which we loved. Our table split the pepperoni pizza and got some rigatoni pasta as well. The pizza was good, the rigatoni pasta was meant to be spicy but was not spicy at all. The main entrees were very expensive so we steered away. The pastas are also pricey for what they are but the portions are generous. I also enjoyed the virgin mint mojito. Overall a cute date night spot in Dearborn!

    Cappelletti

Great experience. We've wanted to try Tiliani for a while now and finally tried it last weekend. They start by bringing homemade focaccia and olive oil which were excellent. Then we had the calamari for an appetizer which was also very good. For entrees we ordered the cappelletti (outstanding) and the prawns with black rice (ok/good!. We probably wouldn't order the shrimp again but everything else was really good. Our server was Carlo and he was great. Overall it was an excellent experience and we'll be back.

Some of the Romaine lettuce in both salads were brown. The croutons should have been separate, they were soggy after an hour or so. The base of the chafing dishes had quite a bit of water at the bottom and made the lettuce quite wilted quickly. Their house salad has green olives, red onion, carrot shredded, tomatoes and I only saw one pepperoncini. The bread sticks were chewy and good and tasted good with their house ranch sauce too. The better part is the food was able to be picked up earlier than most places.

I love the old school vibes, Frank Sinatra music playing, the elegant white table cloths and the wait staff in tuxedos. It feels like a restaurant out of the Sopranos. Our waiter was great! He informed us of the specials and we both ordered the eggplant parmigiana, which came with a salad, soup (we both had the clam chowder), fresh bread and butter. Our entrees also came with a side of potatoes and green beans. This is a lot of food! We also ordered drinks; a limoncello martini for her, one for me, and I also had a Long Island Iced tea. The martinis were delicious, but the tea was terrible. When the waiter brought out the bowl of fruit and walnuts at the end of our meal along with the check, I almost fell out of my chair!! The prices have drastically increased! I get that we're dealing with inflation, but come on!! $40 for each eggplant parm entree and $54 for 3 drinks!!! Seriously?! We also were not provided with an itemized invoice and had to request one which took forever. The prices on their website are also much cheaper than their current menus. Very deceiving. I used to love this restaurant but I will never be returning.
