I spent two days trying to get help…read more Propane company said the best thing would be to switch to electric, due to venting issues. So after calling numerous businesses, only to hear, "it'll be sometime next week," (one said the end of March!), I finally called RJ Energy. I spoke to John who immediately understood our problem and sent a tech out within 2 hours. Arnold arrived, checked everything and said exactly what we needed. He and John both recommended local electricians for the wiring part. Well, thanks to their help, the very next morning Arnold arrived and installed a new water heater. He was so quick and efficient, about two hours, and all done. John and Arnold were both so very friendly and helpful. Pricing was very reasonable and they did exactly what they said. I absolutely recommend RJ Energy for any of your heating, plumbing, etc. needs! They are wonderful!

They do business the "Old-Fashioned" way - It's called "Good-Will" - intangible, yet they embody a highly valued priority - it's the lost art of building customer loyalty via personal service. Often that may include going beyond. They earned my respect & gratitude; not to mention my patronage! I value the concept as foundational & an asset that may not show up on a spreadsheet. Having been a business owner for 16 years, Goodwill coupled with benevolence were the cornerstone of my philosophy!     We just installed a generator, and the company we had contacted for propane on the day of the…read moreinstallation simply didn't show up - despite our being told that the propane would be delivered "first thing in the morning." They supposedly had an emergency. (See below about how fast they returned my call when I cancelled their service.) I contacted Waltz in a panic and, once they ascertained that we owned our tanks, they were able to get to us the same day and within a few hours and, after ensuring that everything was as it should be with our tanks, filled the tanks. I want to add that - as opposed to the former company, who did not respond to my emergency call inquiring as to where they were and ONLY called me back when I left a message saying they were no longer needed (and they called back seven minutes after *that* message) - each and every time I called Waltz & Sons the calls were answered promptly and courteously and my questions answered. Although I didn't appreciate the former company's "let them eat cake" and "we'll get back to you when it suits us" attitude, I consider that now that we are customers of Waltz & Sons, everything DEFINITELY ended up all for the best! I should add that the people who provided and installed our generator said that they have had a number of dealings with Waltz & Sons and recommended them highly. In addition, months before, I had compared prices for about six propane companies with Waltz coming in as the second least expensive and the company that never showed being least expensive, so paying a TINY BIT more to actually deal with a competent and efficient company that shows up has turned out to be well worth it.

    I had an appointment today at 12noon, made it two weeks ago. My appointment was to have a tow…read morepackage added to my XC90 Volvo. I arrived early to find that they fit NOT have my equipment and that the person who usually installed was. OFF today. Jason, who was there argued with his cohort that he in fact was NOT certified to instal my package. He furthermore said CORPORATE keeps sending us customers knowing that we can NOT do them. I had made an appointment 1.5 hours away, taken an entire day off to accommodate my need for the upcoming weekend. I went to my car, called Uhaul, spoke with Laurie or Lori. She confirmed my appointment, said she had had problems with the Elm Street in the past. Offered me the choice of a refund or to take my PARTS to another installer. WTF. I NEED this for THIS weekend. Laurie, or Lori shave me a complaint telephone number to call, along with ext#3. THEY tried selling me an alert, I've fallen and can't get up necklace. I hung up and tried several times again, got a message this number does not work in your area. Hung up and redialed uhaul. Got Laurie, or Lori again although she claimed it was a different Laurie or Lori. She vaguely knows who I was and got me over to Parker, complaint department. She said they don't give out phone numbers for complaints, funny story so far? Soooooo I called motor supply, very kind, couldn't help me. Called VIP, ha! He asked, was this the Elm St location you had problems with? HA YES!!!!! Not the first time he had heard complaints. Corporate Uhaul said my parts were har the Elm st location so I tried to retrieve them. Jason said, uh, NO! They never arrived. Beyond pissed. They better do right. Wasted an ENTIRE DAY. Time ain't cheap. So disappointed. Weekend spoiled.
