He showed up exactly on time and immediately put me at ease. The problem turned out to be a bit trickier than originally guessed but he worked quickly and calmly and had it solved and fixed within the hour. His professionalism and calm intelligent manner was very welcome in a stressful moment and I was very impressed with his quality work. While he was there I asked him for a quote so I could knock a few things off of my homeowner wish list. He gave me a fair price and we agreed on a time for his return. We thought we needed a massive wiring job to get a level 2 charger installed in our garage. Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need.
