I can not express how much of a nightmare working with this company was. My straightforward 2 day…read morejob exploded beyond Quinn's timeline to a several months long ordeal with the price constantly increasing. They ended up ripping up not only the majority of my driveway, but my neighbors as well -with no notice which I can say did not leave my neighbors best pleased to come home with no where to park their cars. Half my front lawn was absolutely destroyed and I had to nag them for weeks to finally remove trash, debris, and the giant pile of dirt they left. I still have some of their debris left in what remains of my driveway. I am still waiting for the actual invoice or any documentation I requested over a month ago. I can say that they were fast about one thing; every time they called me with another price increase, they had charged my credit card in less than 15 minutes.

Buyer beware. These folks padded the bill on an annual furnace service that required a minor…read morerepair. The technician spent 1.5 hours (by his own admission), but billed for 2.25 hours because (the fine print on the invoice revealed) we were charged for his travel time from his previous job to our location. We were also charged a dispatch fee. Neither the dispatch fee nor the travel charge were disclosed when we booked the appointment. This resulted in about $167.00 padding on an already hefty bill. The client, my mother, is a frail senior on a fixed income. Bilking seniors is not a good look, A-1. Oh, and showing up to a job drenched in cologne (I believe it was patchouli, to which both my mother and I are allergic) is decidedly unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment, but the company reached out to reschedule because they were busy, which I understood and agreed to move it to the following day. The second appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. I waited for two hours expecting someone to arrive, but no one showed up. I eventually had to call and text for an update, only to be told they were unable to come out again. I understand that things happen, but having to reschedule twice and not receiving communication until I reached out myself was disappointing. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and was frustrating as a customer who was trying to get a needed repair completed.

Matt came out to the house looked at the job and said he would do it but he was 4 weeks out. I agreed to wait untill he was freed up. He has now given me the runaround and wasted 6 weeks of my time. He is so unprofessional, will not even call me to tell me he won't do the work for me, or return a phone call. It really shows what type of a man a person is when they would jeopardize a person's ability to stay warm this close to winter. As for being a plumber, I wouldn't trust him to turn on a water valve.
