I ordered a condolence arrangement over the phone for work, and I wanted to use a local florist for the recipient, so I chose De Young Flowers. They were very responsive over the phone and allowed me to schedule my arrangement in advance with delivery. They also let me explain the "vibe" I was going for and accommodate specific requests. I was a bit nervous about paying for the arrangement sight unseen, but when it arrived, the recipient said it was beautiful and very appreciated. Price for a tabletop arrangement with delivery to the local area totaled around $100, which isn't cheap but is definitely comparable to some of the bigger national companies, like Farmgirl Flowers, that I would have used otherwise. read more

My partner got me a beautiful arrangement for my birthday. My birthday is quite early in peony season, so they're not always available. After contacting numerous shops, he called De Young Flowers. They were able to get peonies and my partner told them what other flowers I like. They made a beautiful arrangement and had it ready even though it was ordered a few days beforehand. My partner was pleased with the service and I loved my flowers. The arrangement bloomed beautifully with every passing day. I would recommend this shop to others! read more

We commissioned De Young Flowers to be the florist of our niece's spring babyshower. They were also her wedding florist and so we are return customers. Jin and Natalia did a wonderful job with the floral design and installation. They worked with us and decorated the venue with baby blue, white and other vibrant spring colors that made our hearts sing. They even went out their way and decorated more areas with greenery. We had to make changes during the design process because of unsettling weather, but everything was done perfectly on time. Price was responsible and Jin is very responsive. Thank you so much! read more

De Young Flowers are absolutely the best. Jin very patiently helped us through the selection process for my daughter's wedding and reception. The arrangements were beautiful and reasonably priced. They very unobtrusively moved the flowers from the ceremony to the reception as prearranged. We consulted other florists and De Young had the best arrangements and most reasonable prices. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

From the moment we met Jin and Natalya ( De Young Flowers in Campbell) they completely understood our vision for a romantic, whimsical wedding with soft fall pastel colors and delicate blooms. They not only brought our dream to life, but exceeded our expectations with stunning arrangements that perfectly complemented our venue. Our bouquets were absolutely breathtaking, and the centerpieces were the perfect mix of elegance and charm and they added fairy lights to add a romantic setting. They did all of our flower decorations including the bridal bouquets, boutonnières , and corsages for our wedding, along with the flowers to decorate the cake. They were absolutely gorgeous and we received countless compliments from our guests and the catering members. We gave the arrangements to our relatives and friends, which lasted for around a week and a half after the wedding day - bringing a lot of happy memories after the day itself. We can't thank Jin and Natalya from De Young Flowers enough for making our special day even more magical! read more

We had our wedding at the end of September at Hakone Gardens in Saratoga and are so happy we went with Jin and his team for the flowers! We had two consultation/planning sessions with Jin and he was so easy to communicate with and extremely patient. I also loved that he repurposed all the flowers between the ceremony and reception. The set up went so smoothly on the wedding day. I was in love with all the colors and arrangements!! Jin truly understood my vision and DYF's work helped tie together the whole wedding. We highly trust and recommend Jin and the team at DYF! read more

Customer Service is super important to me and De Young Flowers surpassed even my high standards. Several weeks ago I received the most gorgeous bouquet I'd ever seen. Seriously, it was jaw dropping. This week I wanted to pick up flowers for a new co-worker joining our team. It was completely last minute as I showed up right as they opened the doors on Monday morning. They didn't have any ready made arrangements but offered to quickly pull something together for me. 20 minutes and I walked out with yet another stunning arrangement. Sadly I didn't get a picture of it but trust me, it was gorgeous. The care and creativity this florist offers is 5 STAR. If you need flowers for a large event or just a simple arrangement for your kitchen table, De Young is the neighborhood florist you can trust, I am so thrilled to have discovered this gem and will recommend it to everyone I know. read more

We worked w/ Jin for our wedding at Hakone Gardens and couldn't be more pleased. He came to every meeting w/ fresh ideas on how to incorporate our vision and even went above and beyond by visiting our venue to get come up with ideas. What we loved the most, however, was his desire to not waste any of the flowers (i.e. almost every flower arrangement had a dual purpose). Our guests loved all of the arrangements and raved about the work of art he created for our hanging arrangement. Look no further if you're searching for a florist. We'll definitely be back! read more

DeYoung Florist gets a 10 from me And everyone who saw the arrangement created by Jin. He was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely talented. He created a beautiful centerpiece for a friend, in an unfortunate situation, but celebrating her 70th birthday. The centerpiece was tropical and exotic as requested and impressed all those in the restaurant! Many people, outside our party, commented on its stunning beauty and quality of flora. The price was extremely fair and I don't think I'll ever use another florist if I can go with DeYoung Florists. THank you Thank you thank you so much Jin! read more

Jin and his team at De Young Flowers were the best florist team that you could ever have! I used them for my wedding in August this year, and they were nothing short of fantastic. They were very responsive with every question that I had, even after booking them and paying my deposit. Also, even before I made my deposit, they were willing to meet with me multiple times to explore different options and costs for every floral need at my wedding. They were also reasonable with pricing, compared to other event florists in the area who are way too over-priced. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about them at all. They came right on time, set up, and even made a point to find me, my bridesmaids, the groom, the groomsmen, and even parents and grandparents to give them their bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages. I am so grateful for how well they took care of us for our wedding. Oh! And if the rest of this review wasn't enough... the flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS! I couldn't have imagined more beautiful arrangements. read more

Natalia and Jin and staff were warm and gracious and utterly helpful in preparing our wedding flowers! The bouquets, wrist corsages, blouse corsages, and boutonnières were lovely, and we were particularly impressed with the variety of exquisite pastel flowers in the table arrangements. Team DYF was able to accommodate last-minute updates--we decided to give every member of our small party a corsage or boutonnière and the team rolled with our request. We felt that the quality of the blooms was perfectly in line with the proposal. We were extremely pleased and cannot recommend Team DYF's services highly enough! read more

Had a sudden loss at work. Was tasked to get arrangements for former CEO and current VP. Ordered online. Everything went smoothly until... I made a mistake on spelling. Called and was friendly greeted. Lovely selection and presentation. Made to my exact specifications. The best place for special arrangements and customer service.

I reached out to this florist for a really spectacular bouquet for my son-in-law's mother, who had just lost one of her other sons. I chose DeYoung because I had worked with her at weddings in the past and her work was beautiful. I was a little dismayed to find out that De Young actually had sold this business to Jin, because he told me so himself. But current reviews looked good, so I moved forward with the order. I wanted a variation of a bouquet on the website and at my request, he sent me a picture just before he delivered it. It looked fine! But this afternoon, after the memorial service, I had a chance to see this bouquet in person. Seeing it in person was a complete WOW! I have photographed over 350 weddings in 20 years, so it's not easy to impress me with flowers, but I was! I wanted a spectacular bouquet for her and that's what Jin gave her. Totally worth what I spent. read more

Last weekend was our wedding, and just a few weeks before the wedding we visited Jin in his flower shop to see if he could help us with a flower solution for our ceremony and reception. As soon as we started the discussion with him, he asked for all details and then went on to make some interactive suggestions on the approach. Our anxiety around such an important component of the service quickly turned into the excitement that we had a professional partnering with us to develop a beautiful set of flower arrangements. After our meeting, only just a few hours later we received a written proposal, with pictorial layouts, color recommendations at a reasonable price. And on our wedding day, Jin himself was there with his assistant to make sure everything was perfectly in place and coordinated. Both planning and execution were flawless, we highly recommend his services. read more

Once again Jin and his brilliant team acted with haste when I needed a unique floral arrangement sent to a grieving dear aunt. I'm out of country now, but needed the flowers and beautifully hand written card delivered with care at the earliest. A+ experience with DYF. We were looking for a florist with reasonable prices for fresh flowers are my September wedding at the Westin in Downtown San Jose. My experience with DYF started with a consultation with Jin after a quick email describing what I wanted and getting some initial price quotes. At the consultation, we decided on color palette ratio (I did 30% red, 30% pink, 40% white with greenery and gold accents), and other details such as my wanting to include helium balloons for my cocktail tables. DYF also does decorations and they helped supply the backdrop, table covers, and up lighting. Really, they're a one stop shop for decorations. They can even hook you up with different chairs for your venue! At my second consultant a month before the wedding, we went over final logistics, and reran all the details. I loved that they're very experienced and that they have worked with my venue before. As a bride coordinating all of my own wedding details, I was so relieved hearing Jin's reassurance of "don't worry about it, let us worry about it, we'll figure it out!" in regards to logistics and other little details. DYF provides the most clear and concise invoice with all of the sample photos and notes in addition to the price. It is this kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that impressed me. Not to mention, Jin and his team is a pleasure to work with. Jin in particular had a great attitude every time I met up with him. He even remembered our previous conversations. The day of the wedding, everything was just THERE like magic. I was busy like all brides are and I didn't have to give any directions to the DYF team. Everything was just perfect and really, all I had to do was "show up". DYF did the tear down super quick too :) no complaints from the venue. You won't regretting choosing DYF for your floral/wedding/decorating needs! read more

Jin, Natalia, and the rest of the DYF team did an amazing job on my wedding in October 2022. They did all of the flowers for the ceremony and reception and really got my vision and the theme I was going for. I wanted all white and cream flowers with green foliage and I wanted the table setting at my reception to be clean and simple with candles and clear glass. I could not have asked for a better florist. They continually went above and beyond to give me everything I wanted and work within my budget. All of my guests were amazed by their work and set up and clean up were seamless and professional. I'm absolutely beyond pleased with the customer service and quality! I ordered the Butterfly Surprise arrangement for my sister, for her birthday. I spoke with Clair E on the phone, and inquired of vase/container modification (vs the one shown on the site). Not only did she provide alternate options, she also sent me pictures of the one most recommended by the designer, along with the color choices I had for the butterfly. This was intended to be a special arrangement, being her birthday after our Mom passed. We have both had beautiful butterfly experiences - on hikes, at the beach, in the garden (especially) as that was moms favorite place to be.. Her way of showing up and saying "Hi. I love you!" So thank you, De Young's! Your team helped make my sisters birthday very special! read more
