Our daughter loves old school fashion and we were drawn in by the derby hats. The owner was super nice and even encouraged our daughter to try on a few. There was a beautiful white one and the owner told us that our daughter was the first person to try it on. We learned that the owner makes all of these hats by hand. I found that amazing. Talk about having a hand crafted original derby hat for the next horse race. I'm sure people will be jealous and wondering where you got such a unique creation. This boutique store specializes in furs, cashmere, shearling, and silk products. They hand select products from Europe and China. All of the products are either handmade or machine sewed for both men and women. They also have a variety of coats and jackets including hats, scarfs, gloves and earmuffs. Everything looks really warm and perfect to make it through the cold brutal Chicago winters. So shop Local and purchase something unique. The owner was super nice and the store is easy to get to. The 900 North shops are offering free 3 hour parking with a $10 purchase. (Dec 2020) I love this deal because it makes me want to shop downtown. I really don't want to pay $50 for parking. I didn't ask or want any other area cleaned just the one dot. I waited almost two months before I finally called and said forget it, I'll just take the bag back and all of a sudden they said it was ready. My bag is completely ruined. Not only is the oil stain worse and more noticeable with a white ring around it - the rest of the suede has lines and scratches all over it, it's stiff, it's discolored and looks awful. Its a $4000 completely ruined bag. It used to be soft and rich in color. Now it looks 100 years old. He still made me pay $175 dollars (only $50 off from what he quoted). I think he knew he couldn't get oil out but just wanted my money and ended up ruining my bag. I'm so sad. Got it in Paris and its basically worth nothing now. Do not fall for this place - it's a scam and they don't listen or treat your items with care. They'll still charge you Even after they ruin your items.

And it takes about 4 weeks to fix it. And the quote of repair is $180. A fews days later, they called me and said the bag was ready to pick up. So I went there and pick it up today. Once I saw the bag, I am very disappointed of what they repair . I think it was overcharge of the repair price.

none of these people know what they are doing, they were just yelling and randomly walking away…read morefrom customers who they were helping. they couldnt properly ring things up and ended up charging much more than it was supposed to be. they were not polite, or even approachable. This particular store is one i will never visit again. I have never been treated so bad by employees, all of the customers were being very cooperative and respectful and all the employees were giving was rude comments and snarky looks. They only care about customers who clearly have money and if you are not someone who is dressed fancy and looks wealthy, they are of no help.
