WARNING: STAY AWAY if you have an expensive item to be altered! The owner seemed to know just where and how to alter this evening gown by the way he carefully pinned it. However, when I picked it up, it was as if someone else had interpreted his instructions. Where it had been pinned to take in the sides there were no changes. It was exactly as I brought it in. The hem was shortened a bit too short and now couldn't be lengthened. I also brought in a 3/4 length cashmere coat which needed to be narrowed down the sides. i picked it up with the gown. He had narrowed it so much I could no longer button it. He had cut the inside seams so they couldn't be let out. I brought it in being too big. He altered it so now it was too small.He offered to pay me for it but not an amount to rebuy a similar quality. He prides himself on making quality suits. Yet his serious mistakes call his tailoring expertise into serious question. read more

Greg is amazing. After doing extensive research, I decided to give him a try, and it was the best decision I could have made. I had a couple suits and a shirt that needed some work, and Greg did an amazing job. After explaining what I wanted, he let me know exactly what needed to be done, and was incredibly patient with me, as I am fairly new to tailoring, and I can be a little OCD about things. Have gotten pants tailored here before--the man was rude (almost like he was mad at me for buying pants that didn't fit perfectly, ignoring the fact that this was giving him business) but did a fine enough job, so I just left it be. I wasn't going to go back to him initially, but was in a pinch and needed a dress altered quickly. I called to see if possible and he was rude on the phone--a simple no would have sufficed, but he basically ridiculed me for asking. Unless this guy is threading pure gold into your clothes, it's not worth what an asshole he is. Edit: called 2 more tailors. I would highly recommend Meg Tailors! The owner is fantastic at what he does. I took my wedding suit in to be altered and he got everything done exactly as I wanted and for a very reasonable price. He was heading out on vacation when I reached out to him initially, and was able to get my suit done before he left, despite it being a very short turnaround. Urek is a master tailor. He is straight up with you and tells you what is possible. I have been going to him for 3 years now and every time he does an amazing job. His prices are very fair for the detailed work he does. You won't notice your clothes have been altered. You will fit into it as though it was made for you. Take your most expensive tailoring work to him. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I have had $1000 evening gowns altered by him. P.S. His manner is brusque but very polite. I called ahead and he even recognized my voice when I walked in, so he knew exactly who I was and what I wanted. When I picked up a few hours later, they looked better than new! These gentlemen are amazing tailors. I brought them a jacket that had been damaged in an unfortunate fall. The jacket could not be repaired by the original designer, nor my regular tailor. When I brought it to them they studied it quite carefully and came up with options for the repair. They did a truly wonderful job and I truly believe no one would know the jacket was ever damaged. This place is amazing!!! I was asked to be in a wedding and the dress was from a little shop in Dallas. So I had to order based on measurements so I knew from the beginning I had to have it altered. Well, I pulled out my trusty phone app Yelp to find a tailor. I found this place and he was so great! I put the dress on and he just went to work. It only took 2 weeks and the dress looks wonderful! I wish a zero star rating was an option on Yelp. Alterations to my gown were made without my request and the owner did not communicate that it was made. The change was obvious when I tried it on, when I asked about it, this was the first time he discussed it with me. The additional alteration was unnecessary based on the construction of the gown. If he thought differently, it would have been appropriate for him to discuss it with me before ruining my gown. Also, it would have been professional of him to take accountability for his error instead of arguing with a customer. read more

Best trailer I have EVER been to! I had a bridesmaid dress that was too small around my rib cage and he was able to add fabric and it fits perfectly. He also did it within two days!!
