And it takes about 4 weeks to fix it. And the quote of repair is $180. A fews days later, they called me and said the bag was ready to pick up. So I went there and pick it up today. Once I saw the bag, I am very disappointed of what they repair . I think it was overcharge of the repair price.

They ended up losing it in transit when I told them return I don't agree with the ended up was lost. We apologize and treated it as put was a sale basically making me take an $8000 loss. I said I did not give you the permission to sell it. That's why I said return it and they still have four items missing. It's been an utter nightmare.
