I want to pass along how pleased I am with the work DCS has done for our property. We had to make a change to the pool fence in order to comply with some county regulations as we are a semi-public facility. While my main objective was to comply with the regulation and improve guest flow and accessibility I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with how much better the fence made the area look - I didn't think it would dress it up but the fence really gives a new rich look to the grounds. It was heads and tails above the old fence - very sharp looking double picketts on the pony wall and well installed. The installers were efficient and good to work with. I was also pleased with the value. We were able to get virtually all new fence for about the same price as a competitor that was going to reuse a good portion of the existing fence. So I just had my custom gate installed at my home in North Scottsdale and is it GORGEOUS! DCS Industries really know what they are doing. About 8 years ago DCS Pool Barriers replaced the metal fence around our pool with galvanized fencing which they warrantied against rust for 20 years. They did a nice job completing the work in one day, leaving no mess behind, so I was pleased with the initial installation. Unfortunately one pole eventually rusted out even though it was galvanized to the point it needed replacing. I called them to request that they provide a new pole which I thought I would just install myself. However, they insisted on installing the post themselves. About a week later a crew arrived and installed the post doing a nice job, no questions asked, at no charge. We had gotten three quotes for a pool fence, and all three were quite similar, so price is not a factor in my rating. The service, however, was excellent. From the original salesperson, to the two fence installers, to the person who answers their phone -- all friendly, professional, helpful, not pushy at all. About a month after installation we noticed that our gate needed a slight adjustment. They sent someone out the very next day and he fixed it right away without any issue/fees/etc. We've had our fence for just about a year now and have been very pleased. read more

I had DCS Install my pool fence 8 years ago. I did pay a little extra money to have the fence galvanized. I got a 10 year warranty on rust. What a deal compared to other people complaining their fences rusting after a couple of years. I had one can of spay paint last me until now to touchup a few minimal spots each year. My fence today after touching up today looks as good as new. My fence post were cemented in ground 12 inches deep. Joe came by this morning to install a slidind door automatic closer as requred by City of Chandler as told to me by pool company.Joe came in and saw i had an alarm and stated"you only need an alarm OR an auto closer,not both".He called his boss who verified this and also i called the city building inspectors who also verified this.DCS could have easily taken my money and i would never have known.
