I went in with no expectations and I was greeted by such a welcoming little spot. They were playing some great jams and showing 2000s music videos on the TV. Was this place made for millennials? My friend and I sat at the bar... There were several tables we could have done as well. Further in, there was a register and a digital menu showing the prices of the spices and the combos. We were also handed menus -- one food menu and one drink menu. It turns out they have a lot more than just pizza! And they do cocktails, beer, wine, canned cocktails, sodas... It's a lot! I decided to do a slice of classic cheese and mumbo magic with their house favorite frozen margarita. The cheese, the crust, the sauce... It's $5 a slice, and in my opinion, totally worth it! While the cheese slice was great, the mumbo magic was even better. Each bite was bursting with flavor and it didn't even need red pepper flakes! This is saying a lot, but I think I like this pizza better than Wiseguy! Great frozen margarita too, but it was REALLY really cold. I saw the menu that they have froyo too, which is cool. Usually just the plain tart and a flavor of the day. I went over to the machine to inquire about what the flavor that they was, but they didn't have one that day. But the tart one? It was so delicious! When I go out I never just have the plain flavor, but it really tasted so good. Next time, I'd be excited to try some of the toppings with it It appears to be newer, and I really hope this spot does well. And there is so much more pizza to try!

Gave us warm tap water when it's 90+ degrees out but brought out ice when we asked. Other tables were seated and ordered after us and served food before us. Not sure if they just forgot to put in our order or we were struck with bad luck. Basic things you'd expect like extra napkins, a serving spatula for the pizza, and cheese/pepper flakes to be brought before or with the pizza weren't done. The pizza took 35 minutes to come out and certainly wasn't worth the wait. The pizza was plain, unflavorful, floppy as heck, and had a soup-like liquidy consistency, immediately falling apart. The crust was chewy and unappealing. The pizza wasn't worth $33. Gimme a break. The manager walked by 40 times and didn't stop by once to check on us but seemed to check on every other table. If you're in Georgetown and craving delicious pizza, Andy's Pizza is definitely a place worth…read morevisiting! From the amazing pizza to the beautiful interior, comfortable seating, reasonable prices, and excellent drink selections, this restaurant offers much more than your typical pizza place! First of all, the pizza is absolutely delicious! The crust has a wonderful balance of crispiness and chewiness, which is exactly what I look for in a good New York-style pizza. The combination of cheese, sauce, and crust is perfectly balanced, making every bite incredibly satisfying. What really surprised me was how beautiful and fancy the restaurant looks inside! Unlike many traditional pizza shops that focus mainly on takeout, Andy's Pizza Georgetown has a stylish, modern, and welcoming interior. The atmosphere feels more upscale than I expected from a pizza restaurant, and the seating is very comfortable. It's definitely a place where you can sit down, relax, and enjoy your pizza instead of feeling like you need to grab a slice and leave. And let's talk about the prices! Considering that this restaurant is located in Georgetown, where dining out can sometimes be quite expensive, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices are! You get delicious, quality pizza in a beautiful and comfortable environment without having to spend a fortune. Finding a restaurant in Georgetown that offers great food, a lovely atmosphere, and genuinely good value for money is always a wonderful surprise! Another thing I really appreciate is their pizza combos and meal options! They offer convenient combinations that allow you to pair your pizza with beer, wine, or soft drinks. I love having these options because everyone has different preferences. Whether you're in the mood for a cold beer, a glass of wine, or simply a refreshing soft drink, there's something for everyone. And speaking of beer, I absolutely LOVE their selection of local beers! They offer many different local beer options, which is something I genuinely appreciate. I'm a big believer in supporting local businesses, so seeing a restaurant feature locally brewed beers makes me especially happy! It's wonderful when restaurants support nearby breweries and give customers the opportunity to discover local products. I always enjoy supporting local businesses whenever possible, and having such a nice selection makes the dining experience even better. The Georgetown location is another big plus! It's a perfect place to stop for lunch or dinner while shopping, exploring the neighborhood, or spending time with friends. What I particularly appreciate is that Andy's Pizza combines the casual comfort of a pizza restaurant with the stylish atmosphere of a more upscale dining establishment, all while keeping its prices reasonable. You can enjoy great pizza, comfortable seating, a beautiful interior, and a nice drink without feeling like you're paying Georgetown luxury prices! Sometimes pizza restaurants focus entirely on the food and overlook the overall dining experience. But Andy's Pizza Georgetown offers a wonderful combination of quality, atmosphere, variety, and affordability. Good food doesn't always have to come with an expensive price tag, and Andy's Pizza Georgetown is a perfect example of that! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious pizza, a comfortable dining experience, and great value in Georgetown. Keep up the amazing work! And please continue offering those wonderful local beers. Supporting local businesses while enjoying delicious pizza at a reasonable price is always a win-win!

It's classic New York-style with a thin crust that has the perfect balance of crispness underneath and just enough chew in every bite. They offer a great variety of toppings, and I appreciate that you can order either by the slice or as a whole pie depending on how hungry you're feeling. Now, let's address the service. It was definitely on the snarky side, bordering on rude. Under most circumstances that would knock a star off for me, but honestly... that's part of the authentic pizzeria experience. Having spent plenty of time in the city, I almost would've questioned the legitimacy if everyone had been overly cheerful. The staff wasn't warm and fuzzy, but they kept the line moving and the pizza coming, which is really what everyone was there for. If you're looking for a cozy, leisurely dining experience, this probably isn't your place. If you're looking for an excellent New York-style slice with a beautifully crisp crust that lives up to its reputation, Andy's absolutely delivers. I'll happily brave the crowds for another slice.

When we first walked in, the cashier immediately apologized for the long wait times, thanked everyone for their patience, and let us know they were incredibly short staffed with only two people working. Because the tiny interior was already packed, we decided to leave and do some sightseeing first. However, seeing how good the pizza looked we knew we had to come back later that afternoon. There's no negative details in my review. Nothing but positive things and a small recommendation. 1. Staff and Service I really appreciated the cashier's honesty about running behind right off the bat. That allowed us to make an informed choice rather than get frustrated by a long wait. More businesses could learn from this! 2. Restaurant's Layout The inside is a bit tight and busy, but it's located in a smaller older building, so they have no other options. Since they can't expand the inside adding an outdoor pub height counter for eating, a bench or some seating out front would be a great way to give waiting patrons a place to sit. Also a place to eat. 3. The Pizza -The Veggie Pizza: My nephew and I both ordered this, and the slices were massive you'll see in my pics! They were honestly the largest slices I have ever seen! I love pizza and have eaten it in New York and Chicago, and my slice here held its own. It was loaded with a huge variety of vegetables. I requested to put mine through the oven twice to get the veggies warm and cooked because I noticed my nephew's slice looked like a warm salad on crust. So happy I did because it was delicious! The jalapeños were intensely spicy which is on me, since I'm a bit of a lightweight with spice! -The Meat Options: My son got the pepperoni and thought it was really good, and my husband got a supreme slice which he also said was good . 4. Price and pizza size- they're more expensive than a typical slice, but once you see those big ole slices in my pics you'll understand why. They can't even fit on a plate. They had to serve them to you in an actual pizza box! After reading my long review you're trying to find out if I would go back huh? Absolutely! If I ever in the area or stay at the Hilton DC again, I would definitely walk right on over and get a slice. You can feed a family of three on one slice! Adult and two small children!

We loved the panzanella salad with the creamy burrata. And the tuna tartare was chopped nicely and seasoned well. The standout for us was their pizza though. Mamma mia!! The Drunken love with pepperoni and vodka sauce was to die for. Their pizza is like a mix between NY style and Neapolitan. The crust is crispy and puffy. It took a lot of will power to not eat the whole thing. The pastas fell a little short for us. The alfredo was just ok- not the best flavor. And the pesto was really soupy and a huge portion. Definitely, more Italian American than traditional Italian. We wrapped up the dinner with a cannoli brownie. A fun take on the classic Italian dessert. Overall, a delicious meal! We will be back for pizza FOR SURE.
