I went for the specialty pizza. I got an XL Trio with oxtail, jerk chick, and salmon & shrimp. The pizza was seasoned to perfection. The oxtail was tender and flavorful, although I prefer the sweet chili oxtail, this brown stew did not disappoint. The jerk chicken was spicy and had the right amount of kick to it. My friend brought over an oxtail pizza pie for me to try. It's actually pretty good. Wish it were a bit spicier. Looking at this place's menu it looks like they have a lot of unique pie styles including a DC carry out one with French fries on it lol. I'll have to give that one a try another day. I was initially told, "it's coming right up you can just wait here for it." After about 10 mins I took my seat. I went back up to them for my ONE slice about four times. Beware for anyone who wants to use a coupon that they will not honor it. Saw a Facebook ad for a small free pizza with the purchase of a large specialty pizza if you sign up for their membership program. I signed up, then called to place an order for pick up. Was told that they would not honor their coupon for any orders placed in advance. I asked if I could place the order over the phone then scan the coupon in the store once I arrived. On 12/23/25 I placed a delivery order that never came With Today's Pizza. After a long wait, they called and stated my food was at the counter. They rudely stated I could come pick it up if i wanted to. The restaurant was closing and I live 40 minutes from the restaurant so that was not happening. I finally stopped by Todays Pizza after seeing their viral oxtail pizza over instagram. I called in advance and ordered a large oxtail pizza with extra oxtail (an additional $8+) which they said would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrive, I decide to purchase one of their soursop beverages (which they were unfortunately out of) and their carrot cake bunt cake. When I get home I immediately heat up the pizza in the oven and my first bite is amazing as the oxtail is bursting with flavor. However, after I take my first bite I notice that the pizza is in a great need of more cheese, and not solely for the fact that I added more oxtail. Overall, I would give the oxtail pizza a 4/5, and next time I'll ask that they put more mozzarella. As far as the carrot bunt cake goes it was a 2/5. The cake was more of a spice cake and it had about 0.02% carrots in it. Outside of the lack of carrots, the moisture level was just ok to me (and I definitely will not be ordering it again). I got the 10 inch pizza and the dough was fresh and cooked to perfection. The only thing I don't like is the price . 10 inch pizza for $24 and small slices at that nope. She allowed my boyfriend and I to taste some desserts before just buying them and was kind enough to provide us with drinks. She made the experience great before even tasting the food. The oxtail pizza is top tier ‍ The shrimp/salmon has onion and green peppers on it but it didn't have much flavor. The shrimp itself was seasoned but option itself was a 6/10. The brownie bowl was a 7/10 but we wish we had got the snickerdoodle strawberry cheesecake bowl instead because it was by far the best dessert and the strawberry banana pudding was the second best. I mean those bowls melt in your mouth. Total price for the pizza was $28. The dessert was $13. It's a little pricey but was worth trying.
