And we opted to get some stuff done as well since my car is almost at 100,000 miles. They said it would take a few days since they had to order parts. It was completed quicker than I had thought. When I called last week they were friendly and offered to see my car the next day. I postponed till today. Walked into a large clean and professional looking facility @ 8am. An hour later they had diagnosed the problem and called for approval to repair. A few hours later they called to say the job was done. I can see on the receipt they charged a half hour diagnosis and .6hrs. to complete the repair (taking interior door panel off and back on). Hourly rate was good. A little over an hour for this job was also good.... many other places would have added more. I will def. be back next time my car needs anything.
