We dropped by here due to my increase in donut cravings. The prizes weren't expensive at all and the donuts were delicious. My husband tried the biscuits and gravy for $1.99 and absolutely loved it. The donuts are good but I'm very disappointed with the service. I once spent 30$ on donuts for my 5th grade class and the next time I returned the lady was super rude. I went through the drive through and the lady opened the door as she was on the phone and just stared at me. She never said one word to me and wouldn't let me finish my sentences she'd just leave. This place is my favorite go to place for donuts. They have nice prices and the people working are always very nice. When you go in they are always working hard. I've never seen anyone sitting around. I like this place a lot better than Voodoo donuts. read more

I didn't used to be a doughnut fan, but after having doughnuts from here , I now am. They have a large selection, and any one I try is better than the last. They are my guilty pleasure and my cheat dessert often. I really appreciate the drive thru window because I have two small kids. read more

The donuts were average but the lady was so rude. I went through the drive through and first, she did not even say hi to me when I said hi to her. Then, I ordered just 2 donuts and she walked away before I even got to say the second one. So she actually gave me the wrong one probably because she couldn't hear me clearly when she walked away. I gave her my card and when she was handing it back to me I said thank you and have a nice day and she just shut the window in my face. The whole time she did not say ONE WORD to me. No hi, no order total, no goodbye, nothing. She acted like I was such a nuisance. I will definitely NEVER be going back. read more

They're alright. Coffee is made from tap water I think. Their donuts don't taste as good as some other places. But not bad by any means. They're always nice too. Better than grocery store donuts. Not as good as hype laden stores. But worth it if they're close by. read more

04-09-2017 walked up to buy some donuts today to be greeted by a very unpleasant Indian woman (probably the owners wife). This encounter was very unpleasant because she was super unfriendly and rude the whole time we were there. Mind you we only bought a few donuts and she gave us attitude well ordering as if we were bothering her and lightly threw our card back to us on the counter after paying. If you do not have customer service then do yourself a favor and hire someone who does. Will not be coming back to this establishment simply due to the lack of customer service. read more

It was 315a and I finally stopped in. I live down the street. I have been thinking about stopping there for a few weeks. I expected the donuts to be stale, the person behind the counter to be asleep or on their cellphone bored out of their mind, and a limited selection of doughnuts....well quite the opposite my friends! I got a fancy banana something or other, fancy 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 maple frosted apple fritter, lemon creme, and coconut creme doughnut for less than $5! And they were soft and fresh! Not to mention the sweetest gentleman behind the counter...owner maybe? Go there! Yesterday, today, and tomorrow! This is my favorite donut shop. They have a wide variety and they always have my favorite donut. Which no one else seems to carry. My kids love their biscuits and gravy. Friendly service. The donuts are Usually fresh and melt in your mouth goodness. I'm beginning to think that they do not always make the donuts fresh every day. I love this place. We live about 1 mile away from them, so it's always convenient late at night or whenever. The drive through is unique to our town for a donut place and is really convenient. One of the best doughnut shops in Eugene, and I love that they are open 24/7.The customer service is absolutely delightful. The selection of doughnuts is vast and they all look delectable. My favorite doughnut is the buttermilk. They also sell frozen yogurt, I'm going to try it the next time I go there. read more

I have been coming here for YEARS. Long enough that the owner knows me by name and asks about my family members when they are not with me. The donuts are incredible, honestly. If they're out of the kind you want, they'll ask if you want to wait or come back while they make them fresh. The lemon pie is my absolute favorite. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, and I am now so spoiled by the quality of these donuts that I'm continually disappointed if I try to go anywhere else. I take people here as often as I can bc everyone should know about these donuts. I know it sounds like I'm ranting but I've been coming here since I was like 12, when it was hwy 99 donuts, before they put in the fancy froyo (which is also really good, but a bit on the expensive side, really great toppings and flavor selection though). I came back after six months. Eeek! What happened to this place? It was never the best, but back then it was semi-tolerable. And now, it's totally gone down-hill. If you read all the previous reviews, it states that this place has been using the old Dunkin Donuts recipe. Um, maybe back then after they took over the place, but it sure 'ain't anymore! used to really like their donuts, so much like dunkin donuts even after the name change. always bought them at the hwy 99 store. but last week went to their river rd store. donuts were terrible...dried out and hardly any filling. i mean literally the cream filled donuts probably had barely 1 tsp of filling to them. they were so bad they should have been trashed. we bought a doz and all were bad. and the clerk kept trying to talk us into getting kinds we didnt want. i wonder if it was to push the really dried out, bad ones out. very dissappointing. probably will not go back to either store anymore. read more

i cannot say enough good things about this place! the staff is fantastic, the donuts are the best, and the food is good too! the fact that they are open 24hours is a super bonus. and SUPER bonus is they are affordable. it always shocks me every time i get rung up because every time i expect it to cost way more. and for anyone asking there is NO comparison between this place and voodoo. This doughnut place used to be really good. I don't know if the family sold the business as I was helped by a short pudgy white guy I've never seen before. The cake doughnuts I purchased were bland, and they tasted day old. They were tastless (except) the glazes and frosting.One favorite of mine I always buy, along with my family's favorites. Is the dutch crunch. These missed the nutmeg in the donut, and it had dark spots on it, and very stale. My family wondered why their's were tasteless and not fresh. I will try and visit anorher time to see if the quality of their product has improved. read more

The cafe now known as daynight donuts, is simply amazing. The staff is so kind and considerate. They have a strange variety of donuts I've never seen before, and when I ask what one is made of, they take the time, even when they're busy, to help you thoroughly, without making you feel rushed.
