My problem came after installation. The technician left my old water softener in my basement saying he would come back to get it. He did not. About 2-3 weeks After noticing many water leaks in my plumbing after the installation I called the company to have them remove the old softener while I was cleaning my wet basement. The same technician came back with another technician. They did take out the tank. Removing the salt from it. Left all the metal parts in my basement and to top it off left the top of the old water softener that said Country Water behind my tire where had I not seen could have popped my tire with metal screws pointing up towards my tire. They did not fill my water softener with the salt that was sitting next to it. And I don't know what they did with the salt they took out of the old one. They did not say goodbye are you satisfied? Just left. I then had the original rep come out and compensate me with a 5 gallon water jug. Whole experience made me feel like they don't value long time customers or New customers. Sorry. A 5 gallon water jug doesn't compensate for that treatment after charging a 480 dollar installation fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Based on that reputation, I expected quality installation and customer service. We purchased both a water softener and a Dr. Rust system because we were told our well water had a very high iron content. The entire purpose of the Dr. Rust system was to prevent iron staining on our brand-new white siding, stone, driveway, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces from our irrigation system. A few months after the installation, we discovered rust staining on the exterior of our home. When a technician came out to inspect the system, he found that two wires had never been connected during installation, meaning the Dr. Rust system had not been operating since the day it was installed. I then spoke with the manager, expecting the company to take responsibility for the installation error and discuss restoring our home's exterior. Instead, I was told that we should have contacted them sooner, even though the system had never been functioning because of the installation issue. The only solution offered was to send me a bottle of rust remover. I understand that problems can happen with any installation. What disappointed me most was not that a mistake occurred, but how it was handled afterward. I expected the company to stand behind its work and help restore our property to the condition it would have been in had the system been installed correctly. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

They completed water heater install (one week after consultation) but couldn't finish sink that day. Said they'd come back next day. I paid the 5k and sat on my back porch with the guy who told me this would include tomorrow's work. next day no one came. company tried pushing us the following week. when I pushed back and said I already paid for services, they sent another tech the following day. Guy said he knew what he was doing, I didn't sit and watch. When he was done he called me in and there was a pump installed. I was surprised, didn't know they were doing that. the he asked me for another 2K. I called the company and said you cannot surprise people with bills after work has been done I DID NOT APPROVE THIS, I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS, NO ONE COMMUNICATED THIS TO ME. I called Advanced Water Treatment at the end of March, 2026 to have our water softner system serviced. When I spoke to the lady at Advanced Water Treatment, she asked me if I would send photos of the Unit in my home so they could make sure that the Tech could have the parts to fix the unit on arrival. I sent photos, per Advanced Water Treatmenet on Friday, 3/27/2026 . My appointment was not scheduled until the upcoming Tuesday. The Tech shows up on Tuesday, 3/31/2026. I let him in the home and let him know that the Piston was stuck on our specific Unit which was the problem, ( Which he did confirm that was in fact the issue). The Tech then tells me that Advanced Water Treatment doen not even carry those parts! The issue I have with this company is they knew that they were not able to Fix my Unit because they don't carry the parts for the Unit I have but are still charging customers a service fee! Not one person from the Company called or text me to inform me that they didn't have the parts so I could've had parts here for them to install since they don't carry them ( Which was the whole reason I sent them Photos of my Unit in the first place) I have requested Multiple times for a refund which has been denied by the Owner , Brad! This Company is Scamming people out of their hard earned Money just to make a BUCK!
