The other company really made me feel like I was a bother to them and they really were not interested and almost trying to blow me off and I should just take their word for everything they say, write a check and be done with it. Why? Because as they told me, they are the "biggest company in the field". Snobby might be a better word. I simply did not like that experience at all. So we decided to have a whole house water softener and Reverse osmosis system installed by Water Boy. In addition we had them install an ozone cold water wash system on our washer. Every part of the experience was fantastic! They totally take the time with you to be certain you get the correct system for your home (and I asked a lot of questions). The entire experience from the very first contact was as friendly and professional as you can get and the installation, sales, and office people were great. This is a family owned business and it is very clear that customer service and going out of their way to make certain customers are satisfied is of their primary concern. And it is very easy to see that they totally enjoy what they do. A whole home system can be a considerable investment and with that in mind, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Water Boy Systems to anyone.

I told Devin that I like taking baths, but I wash my clothes and run my diswasher all at the same time. I told Devin that I can never fill my bathtub to top with hot water. Devin looked at my water heater and told me that I do need a new water heater. Devin suggested that I get a 50 gallon water heater. I was flabbergasted! 50 gallons! Wow! I have never had a 50 gallon water heater! Devin told me that if I get a 50 gallon water heater, that I'll be able to run the dishwasher and the washing machine, and still be able to fill the bathtub to the top with hot water. Really? To the top?, I said. Well what about the added cost for heating a bigger tank, I asked Devin. Devin told me that peace of mind from being able to take a hot bath and run all the other appliances at the same time will far outweigh the added cost of heating up 10 extra gallons of water--which wont cost that much more. Well, Devin was right! Now I can wash my clothes, wash my dishes, and lay in my filled-to-the-top with hot water bathtub relaxing and lustening to thebother apoliances working too. And Devin was right--the added cost of heating only 10 extra gallins of water can hardly be seen in my bill. Oh! And one more thing: Devin is the nicest repairman that has ever been in my house. Whenever I have a plumbing problem in my house, I will be sure to ask for Devin Stempien every time. I even tried to give Devin a $50 tip. My problem came after installation. The technician left my old water softener in my basement saying he would come back to get it. He did not. About 2-3 weeks After noticing many water leaks in my plumbing after the installation I called the company to have them remove the old softener while I was cleaning my wet basement. The same technician came back with another technician. They did take out the tank. Removing the salt from it. Left all the metal parts in my basement and to top it off left the top of the old water softener that said Country Water behind my tire where had I not seen could have popped my tire with metal screws pointing up towards my tire. They did not fill my water softener with the salt that was sitting next to it. And I don't know what they did with the salt they took out of the old one. They did not say goodbye are you satisfied? Just left. I then had the original rep come out and compensate me with a 5 gallon water jug. Whole experience made me feel like they don't value long time customers or New customers. Sorry. A 5 gallon water jug doesn't compensate for that treatment after charging a 480 dollar installation fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
