David was easy to work with from start to finish. He came out the same day to examine the scope of work and provided a written quote on the spot. I changed the scope of work many times and he did not mind at all. He is responsive, arrived early to finish the job, and asked me specifics to meet my expectations. He is reasonable with pricing and was available to do the work the next day. He is licensed, bonded, and insured, which is important to me. Some claim they are licensed, but cannot be found on the state's public license search. Be careful! I had him remove two trees (large and small sizes) with stump removal (grinding method) and prune multiple trees (crown reduction and thinning). The work was professional and allowed the space to open up and look more spacious. He brought all needed tools and machines equipped to do the job. The wood and branches were grounded on the spot and carried away. The crew worked quietly and were respectful during the work and cleaned up nicely. read more

Had David and his crew out today 6/11/24 to perform some tree trimming work on our majestic live oak. They showed up on time, scheduling the work was easy and the final results look great. Communication was very good, the workers were polite and they worked very hard. Would certainly use them again for any tree work. Thank you David. read more

I use David and his crew more than once. They know exactly what they are doing. I like how they practice their safety precaution before starting the actual work ahead. I would definitely recommend this crew for all your tree work. You can't go cheap on this type of work. Money well spent for peace of mind. read more

I reached out to a number of people on Yelp 02/04/22. David was 3/8 companies that responded back promptly. He was the first one to come out to see the trees and give me a quote. We realized that I had used his company a few times pre-pandemic to trim our 3 redwoods and 1 cedar tree. Initial quote was originally higher than I was prepared to pay. Long story short, we met at a reasonable price point (I cancelled a few other upcoming estimates - because I know what I paid pre-pandemic and a slight increase in cost of living plus, since I had worked with this company before I was confident in a good result). His team was able to come out on Saturday 02/05/22 @8:30am with 2 climbers, 2-3cleaners and 1 tree trimming machine eater! They got to work quickly and efficiently. They trimmed it back exactly how I would have wanted it. They cleaned up my yard and my neighbors from falling debris. By mid-afternoon, they were done and I have so much more sunlight in my back yard. Thanks for being so responsive and the crew was awesome. read more

I requested documentation such as proof of insurance and worker's comp and he was very prompt in providing these. David and his crew showed up on time and finished the job in about 6 hours. He removed an overgrown oak tree and pruned our palm tree as well. They cleaned up all the debris and left some wood chippings for us too! Will definitely contact them again! read more

I now have 2 very large well-pruned and shaped Sycamore trees! They also thinned and shaped my large Pineapple Guava and Japanese Maple. I had the option of style of pruning which gave me more confidence that these guys know what they are doing. I had a large Ash tree in backyard that needed to be removed since it was showing signs of disease, bugs burrowing into some limbs. My wife met with David and received his quote. It was a competitive price, it wasn't the most expensive or the lowest, but was very reasonable considering the size of the tree. His crew cleaned up very well too, which really pleased me, because other Tree services I've used usually left some kind mess for me to clean up. They even remembered to leave behind some firewood for me. read more

Fast service at a good price, as other reviews have shown. I wanted to remove two trees in my backyard. The whole process only took 3 days, from getting quote from DAVID on yelp to having everything done. Their price is competitive to five other services I have quoted. They are professional and it only took about 2 hour to cut down the trees, grind the stumps and clean up. read more

David was incredibly communicative and helped take care of a nasty stump in our backyard. He was able to give an estimate based on pictures that was incredibly fair. He took great care in his work and also took care of the job very efficiently. Will definitely be reaching out again. read more

A big branch of our tree broke off and looked like it would fall on the neighbor's fence very soon. David came in the morning and gave us a quote, and we called him back the next day to schedule something. David was very pleasant to work with. He gave us a very reasonable price for the removal of that branch, trimming and cutting down the whole tree including the stump grinding. He also gave us a good deal on another smaller tree removal. We took up on the deal and can't be happier. David took good care of us. He has excellent communication and timing. He knew the urgency of that branch falling off and took care of that branch as soon as possible. His team came a few days later to take care of the rest of the tree. His team is just amazing. They were very fast, efficient, and friendly. We asked to keep a part of the tree for memory, and they were happy to cut off a piece for us. David came later to do the stump grinding. They finished everything in one day even though it was a huge tree and even cleaned up everything afterward. We are so impressed with their professional work. We highly recommend David's Tree Consultant to anyone and will definitely use his team again in the future! Thank you so much for your help, David Tree Consultant team! read more
