Today was my first time trying them and I was very happy. The salon is clean, the employees are friendly, and the music is quiet enough to encourage people to also keep the noise down, which helped me relax during my pedicure. Each of the employees was extremely helpful, polite, and, most importantly, hygienic! I was relieved to see how thorough everyone was while they cleaned up stations between clients. I didn't wait long to be called and I noticed they scheduled people well, so no one had to wait more than a few minutes. The prices are fair, the service was excellent, and I'm very glad my nails look and feel amazing! I can only speak of the pedicure, but it was an enjoyable experience. I'll be back again for sure! She checked in with me throughout the entire service, making sure I was comfortable and that the water temperature was just right. The salon itself is absolutely spectacular and spotless. The atmosphere is relaxing, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I especially loved the pedicure chair, which gave a 30-minute shiatsu massage during my service--pure heaven. All the technicians were smiling and engaging with their clients, and you could feel the positive energy in the room.
