In general I am not a huge fan of spicy foods, but their commercial kept popping up and the people consuming the food seemed genuinely thrilled. I waa craving chicken as well. So I jumped in the car and took a drive. When you walk you notice that the employees are mostly young people and it is obviously part of their training that they greet you straightaway. This was nice to see a business putting effort into training young people to be solid professionals, a la McDonald waaaaay back in the day. The menu is not exhaustive and the prices are great. As I waited I noticed how clean the place is. In fact I watched one young lady polishing the heck out of the glass in the entry door. She would polish, step back, squint, go back to polishing. If she ever wants a new job...I recommend she start a white glove cleaning service. Anyway...to the food. Placed and paid for my order. I should mention that the young lady at the register was kind enough to help me with the menu since I had forgoten my glasses. They handed me my food with the same courtesy. When I got home and tucked in...woooooohoooo!!! I took the first bite and had to do a happy dance. DHC i so worth the drive. As a matter of fact...it is just about lunchtime now. Gotta go folks.
