Walk in get seated. Wait 5-8 mins to be greeted and order our drinks after getting the high chairs for our kids. Order the kids meal as we order drinks. Then order our meals when drinks come. I ordered bbq wings without blue cheese or ranch and a side Cesar salad. Asked if they would mix the bbq and buffalo sauce but apperantly that is too hard for them to do. Husband ordered a buffalo chicken burger with fries. Server didn't repeat our order. Out comes bbq wings, buffalo wings, and a Cesar salad. Told the food runner I didn't get the buffalo wings I only got bbq wings and my husband got the burger... Walks away then comes back with our server. I'll go with the word rude, but her comments were "hey what's the problem?" Told her. "Oooooh i thought he got buffalo wings!!" This is why you repeat things server 101. "And what's wrong with you?" nothing I just want the meal he ordered?!? So with my colicky baby and 2 year old very antsy time is ticking as all parents know. I eat. My daughter eats. Still waiting for his burger. A 12 year old manager I'm assuming asks us if we need anything and nods and walks by before we ask to check on his meal...*now have 2 empty cups and 3 empty plates on our table that have been ignored and not pre bussed* then his burger finally comes out (40 mins later literally we measured because we came STARVING after getting stuck in traffic) with tater tots...whatever he eats as fast as possible because we've been here almost an hour and kids are pissed. Server walks by not saying a word multiple times. So I flag her down and ask for the check. The check that she DIDNT take off the wings I did not order. She walks by AGAIN as I'm rocking my baby and husband is wrangling the screaming toddler into the stroller and ignores us because we didn't have $ in the checkbook yet and it was sitting open. She disappears for 8 minutes now. Finally get to her and tell her that she needs to take it off. Just grabs the book and says "IGHT" takes it off and we pay and leave. A manger never took the initiative to say sorry? Coming from a restaurant manager MYSELF I would have made his meal free or AT LEAST 50% off for the next time we come in if they're that scared of loosing money. Also wanted to add I found a short piece of hair on my chicken wing. It happens. But still shows they need to have nets and hats. 4 years in the industry I've never had a hair in someones food at multiple restaurants. Minus the hair: the food was good- overpriced but good. Only positive thing I have to say. $12 for 7 chicken wings with four celery sticks and blue cheese I requested not to waste because I won't use it. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Never been treated so disrespectfully as a paying customer in my life. I played a game and won the top bonus - but because of a glitch in the game, I wasn't rewarded the points. I informed an associate, who was completely unhelpful, so I spoke to the manager (a blonde woman on the taller side), and she was so incredibly rude. She kept talking over me and interrupting me, and completely refused to help at all...EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE MACHINE WITH THE GLITCH. It was hard to believe and I was literally standing there in shock - here I am arguing with her for points I won fairly, while she treats me like garbage as I try to receive what was rightfully mine. Even though it was a machine glitch and I should have received the points, she thought her job was to do nothing but be rude to me and not give me the points I should have gotten anyway. She eventually stormed away, and I got NOTHING. Terrible experience. I will not stop here, as I do not take kindly to being treated that way, especially when I was the one who was wronged. I will be in touch with Corporate when they open on Monday to inform them that one of their managers needs to retake Customer Service 101. read more

Location and venue is nice, but waiting for a table is excessive, especially when there are empty tables. There are different hostess depending where you'd like to sit. You see the empty tables and still told there's a thirty minute wait. That is insane, maybe next time. read more

It's a regular Dave and Busters. I've been here 4 times and have has good experiences each time. All the games work. People do leave their items on booths to save seats but it's not the restaurants staff fault. Would continue to come. read more

Terrible service in the sports section. Waited forever for our food, had to chase server down for every little thing (ice, sweetener). We ordered sandwiches - nothing fancy - but took forever to get and tables that came in later received food long before people who had arrived earlier (like ours). My pulled pork sandwich was cold like it had been pulled from the fridge. The folks at the table next to us who were there before us got their food after we got ours. These servers need to find work in areas other than customer service. Ridiculous. read more

Came here on vacation for my daughters birthday. Stood in front of the sports restaurant for a few mins while the waitstaff fooled around and didn't pay attention to us. Then went to the regular restaurant where there were at least 10 open tables and the hostess tried to sit the 3 of us at a 2 person table because the waitress was "overwhelmed". I asked to speak to a manager and magically a booth became available. The waitress was actually great. Our appetizer came out and literally a minute later two other servers brought our meals, the one kept making obnoxious comments about how "fast" the resultant was. When in fact it is not in Dave and Buster's favor that our meals came out a minute after our appetizers. I have never had such a poor experience in any other Dave and busters. read more

Finally food came with 3 wrong dishes that did not look like the picture and did not fit the description, instead of fries, they gave us tots, instead of pasta with alfredo sauce, they gave us mac and cheese, instead of loaded potatoes, they gave us fried with cheese. The manager instead of apologizing to us, he screamed at us and tried to convince us that this is the way the dishes should be. We asked him to get the menu and the picture and description was completely different. I went to the bar and ordered a coffee.. I waited a while for it and just assumed they were brewing a fresh pot. When I got the coffee it was cold. And they didn't have to-go cups. The employee at the front register looked stressed out.. she needed help (due to the large crowds of people coming in) and it looked like she was on her own. You can do better. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Never going back to this place ever again. A month ago Me and my boyfriend went to have drinks and play games. When we got to the bar to order drinks the bar was DISGUSTING. There were dirty dishes on the bar and the bar was all sticky. We were going to eat but decided not too because of how gross everything was. When we finally got the bartenders attention, my boyfriend told him we had been waiting a while. Dave and Buster's was a horrible experience. This was our first, last, and final time ever going. Food was horrible, we order a salad with dressing on the side, the salad was old, wilting, and dirty.. They didn't even had sense enough to wash the lettuces. So we sent it back, instead of giving us a fresh salad, they gave us the same salad back, but tried to mask the old lettuce by putting our dressing directly on it.. FAIL! Next was it was the Quesadilla, we sent back to the kitchen because it was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. We order alcohol beverages, that were supposed to come in souvenir cups to take home, they gave us the drinks in regular glasses, when we mentioned it, they had a problem, however, gave us cups (which we ended up leaving accidentally). The beverages were watered down as well. We ordered well done chicken wings, we sent them back 3x because they kept coming back slimy. The last time they refuse to give new wings, so they dipped wings that already had BBQ sauce on them, back n the deep fryer.. they were burnt because of the sauce. We refused to pay for them. This location is filled with young adults that like to play, they were cursing, running, talking loud, being disrespectful. We had no problem with our waiter, although he was inexperienced, we didn't hold it against him, we were going to tip him the appropriate amount, until we handed him out form of payment. It was 4 of us, (double dating) my wife and I were ready to pay and leave, our friends were still reviewing the bill, we didn't give a form of payment at the same time. Because of that, our waiter (Harrison) said "I'm not taking any payment until everyone is ready, I'm not about to keep walking back and forth". We didn't understand his statement because the register was directly beside us.. so because of his attitude, we didn't tip. He probably assumed because of the complains, and asking to speaking to the manager, would result in him not getting a tip. WRONG! What we observed from the workers was around tables, not the gaming area. Because of the bad experience during dinner, we didn't want to waste any more money, so we didn't play any games. Went with my wife and two sons on a Tuesday night. Pretty crowded (probably because it's new). The game selection was pretty poor compared to other D&B locations. The staff need a serious overhaul and/or training. We went to have dinner in the "quieter" area and the host said there was no open tables....I counted at least 20 open tables. We finally got a booth in the bar area. The table, silverware, and even the menus were all sticky and dirty. The servers all seemed to just congregate and hang out with each other. I love Dave & Buster's! I was excited when they announced that this specific location was opening up. Today was my first time there and I was honesty disappointed. We sat in the bar area where it is self seating. The waitress came relatively quick and took our order. The website for this specific location states that their Happy Hour includes 1/2 off appetizers. Although when we asked the waitress she said that they in fact do not serve 1/2 off appetizers during Happy Hour at this location. Therefore it is false advertising. We were already there so we decided to order drinks and food. Our drinks came out maybe 5 minutes before our food and that's after we were already waiting 30 or so minutes for everything to come out. It was not as packed as you would think given how long we waited for everything to come out. Our waitress was nice don't get me wrong but we kept having to wave her down when we needed her. (She was definitely trying, I'd give her that). Once we paid the bill we went on to play the games. I can say from experience this location does not have some games other locations have. As new as this location is I didn't think we would have any problems playing games but many of the games when we tried to play were out of order. We were disappointed but made the best of it. This is the worst dave and busters I have been to! I was kind of excited to have one close to my home, but it was very disappointing. I had to wait about 1 hour and a half for seating for two. Then to make matters worst my food and my guest food came out extremely cold and tasted very gross. The experience was horrible and i will not be back to eat. If you are trying to go here for cocktails and drinks with your friends DO NOT COME HERE. I waited about 25 minutes to get a drink each time I went to the bar for another round. The bar is filthy I had to ask the bartender nicely if she "could wipe it down" for me so I didn't have to look at nasty wet napkins and dirty glasses in front of me. Games that give tickets are rigged for you to lose. Which is obvious because if they didn't do that and everyone won they wouldn't make money. But the ticket totals for prizes are absurd. We came to have a family fun day as my sister was home for the weekend from college. I must say we were very disappointed! This review is mostly based off of our restaurant experience. When ordering our food the waitress forgot to write down the order for someone in our party. Everything was going well until we received our food. First off the appetizer never came as well as the order that was never written down, we don't know if she forgot to put it in or what but it was never brought to our table alongside everyone else's plates. Everyone had their food and the appetizer was still yet to be seen. 2 people in my party ordered the steak and shrimp pasta, 1 the shrimp was ice cold inside and 2 the steak was tiny and dry. The chicken quesadillas were also dry and didn't come with any sauces when asked if they could be brought. We were being patient and waited so long for our waitress, she looked at our table knowing we didn't have everything and just walked away. When we asked for the manager we were told to wait a second, 10-15 minutes passed and he still didn't come to our table. Very unprofessional on everyone's part the service was horrible, it wasn't until we all got up from the table and decided to leave that the manager came to see us. instead of trying to resolve our problem he called security claiming we tried to leave without paying when that's now how it happened. Our food was untouched the only thing that was finished were the drinks. After arguing with us, calling security and the police they finally decided to let us go. The dining experience was HORRIBLE!!! Very Underwhelming! Food took very long to make it to the table. Once at the table, one of the orders were incorrect. The rest of the food was not hot, or at the least warm. We patiently waited more than thirty minutes for the meal we returned to the kitchen to come back, and it never did. Our server politely offered to have a manager speak to us-- ten minutes later, no manager in sight. Finally (about 25 minutes later) we get to speak to a manager who offers an apology, and goes to check on the food. She returns and comps the meals and offers our toddler dessert, but says unfortunately, the meal we returned isn't ready but she can put in a new order if we're willing to wait longer. She was accommodating, but still very underwhelmed! Food and customer service is lacking tremendously. The games are fun, but please (I beg) do yourself a favor and just skip the food. I was excited to go out for dinner, which my boyfriend and I seldom do, and to have fun. This place had the WORST service I have ever come across. We got there at 10:30, kitchen closed at 12. We ordered, had to wait 45 minutes for wings, which is not normal in a dead setting...we couldn't even have time to play games. My order was all messed up in several ways...asked for mayo twice, from initial order and then again, never got it...oh, and didn't get the most important part of my meal...the shrimp. It was supposed to be cooked more initially when i placed the order...came out gray and rawish-and then I immediately said it is not cooked. The server took it back (which I worked service industry for 12 years and never send things back), he never returned...35 minutes later he pops up in a hallway, I see him and say forget it about the shrimp. He mumbles that the manager will eventually see us, meanwhile, we couldn't even get the chance to have fun which was why we went there in the first place. They took the shrimp off the bill (obviously) because it never came, but that was the WORST WORST WORST dining experience I've EVER HAD. Honestly, don't go here for a fun night of dining...just go for the games and drinks. Eat at Olive Garden, Bahama breeze or even f*cken 7/11. I promise, you'll have a better meal! Terrible. Probably the worst Dave and Busters in the Tri-State Area. My wife and I showed up about 8:30pm. I went to ask for a table got told about 15 minutes so decided hey lets look for a seat at the Bar. This was the worst decision i could have ever done. I found 2 seats by 8:45pm i wait and wait for the bartenders to come by at least say hi and clean up the plates and beer bottles lying around everywhere. 30 minutes later now its 9:15pm i tried to give them the benefit of doubt. I tell my wife Hey there is college football on so i could understand they are busy. 45 minutes goes by still not acknowledged by anybody in the bar area. I went to go ask for the supervisor by the tokens area. Young gentleman comes by the station and asks what going on. I explain to him hey i have been sitting here 45 minutes plates not moved beer bottles dirty counters and no service is this a way this is supposed to look. Hey replies absolutely not i will get someone to attend you. i wait another 10 minutes then the bus boy comes around as slow as possible picks up one plate and leaves. Still not service now its been one hour so 9:45pm. The bartender a young female short. Asks everyone around me what they want to drink. Completely overlooks me. I then say excuse me miss shes says "I KNOW I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" i question know what. Maybe her manager told her i complained. Guess what now its 10 pm and still no service and this point i was already getting pretty upset. The same bartender comes by again i again ask for service and she asks what i require i say One irish she then says one moment okay now 10:15pm. FYI still dirty on the counter YES still dirty by 10:30pm still no drinks. WE LEFT and probably will never return to this location. Me and my husband was there today. We was greeted by the Amazing host dory but she sat us at a table that was very sticky which was not her fault. While we was waiting the waiter finally came and we asked him if someone can clean the table. He said ok and left. When guy cam and clean the table but it was still wet so I had to use a napkin to wipe of the access water that's when our waiter came back and help clean up. Me and my husband order our drinks and then asked him about the day and play he had very little knowledge of it and then mention an item that was not on the menu. Which was chicken Alfredo maybe it was but me or my husband did not see it. After that he left. Then it took him approximately 25 min to return after he repeatedly help all the other tables. Then he finally came to me and my husband we order I order the triple bacon without the back but onion straws instead he said ok left another 25 mins went by and the food came out cold film already started to form on my cheese. The cheese on the burger was dried up and I had a huge side of onion straws, oh yeah another waiter delivered our food. I guess our waiter showed us less attention because we are black and all his other tables was white I guess he gave us little service because he thought we was not going to tip.
