Came here with a group of 9 on a weeknight. First the location is in a good spot with plenty of parking. The arcade and seating area is nice and clean. The games were all working properly and even the bathroom were cleaned. Where they lost me at was the service. It felt like we had to keep asking to be seated. Once we were seated the waitress was nice and attentive but we lost her after a while. We literally walked around the restaurant to get our bill and waited over an hour for it. For starters we had the nachos, wings and tester plate. Every thing in the apps were good, dinner was the problem. The mac and cheese was dried and tasteless, the bbq ribs were dips in an old cold sauce or left out pior to bringing it out. The dessert was ok, but the fondue was not what I expected. Everything was extremely cold so even with the hot chocolate it felt a little frozen. The best thing we are were the wings. They were cooked to perfection. Honestly they need to better train their staff and it will be better. Hopefully they do soon as we could had walked out on a $300 plus bill if we wanted and I'm sure other people will if they to leave people waiting hours for service. Just took my son in for food and games. Lots of things wrong with this one. The new ordering method asks to pay a tip before getting service. I ordered the fresh burrata, bruschetta, and arugula. It was like they started cooking it halfway and gave up. Toasted half the bread. Didn't put enough balsamic, and there was virtually no oil. Lastly, the server never asked how the meal was, had to make 2 trips to get us settled. Utensils second and food first. Rather challenging to eat. Finally checked this place out. Never been to a Dave & Busters. Wasn't sure how everything works. Wanted to eat first. Kept getting sent to different stations. At the final station nobody seated us right away. Even though there were two waitresses right there who we told how many there were in our party. One person took our drink order but another person did the rest. Didn't bring out one of our 5 orders. Waitress had zero personality. We arrived about 8:30pm on a sunday night. I don't think any of the workers really wanted to be there. Or at least they didn't act like it. Nachos were good for the first 10-15 min. Salmon was definitely cooked from frozen state. My review is based solely on the arcade experience. Maybe I have the wrong impression of what Dave and Busters should be, so forgive me. I feel as though this type of establishment was meAnt for adults to come feel like a kid again. Play some games while enjoying some drinks. Unfortunately the 2 times I've come here, the place is running rampant with children at 11 pm! I am unable to play any games because of how insanely packed it is. It would be nice if they treated this like a bar with no kids after a certain time. That might sound selfish which I apologize for but you pay for all these credits for games but never get to use them. read more

I came here on Tuesday afternoon with my boyfriend. We came here after our vacation in Europe for some real American food. We got the nachos and chicken quesadilla. The service was quick and staff was very attentive. A nice young lady offered to refilled our beverages before we made our way over to the games. Great updated game selection as well as new prizes. We came here on their first opening weekend. Now I won't have to drive to DnB in Palisades Mall anymore. The Wayne space is great. Plenty of games and great sports bar feel. Will definitely want to try it out for football season. Menu is standard DnB items. I understand they're going thru some opening kinks so I won't hold anything against them, but really...... 3 items I ordered were out of stock 2 beers on tap? Buffalo wings? Really buffalo wings? Went on a Saturday night for the first time which will of course be noisy as expected. A couple of my friends had to wait in line outside because security told them the place was 'at capacity'. My kids had a birthday party at Dave and Buster's this past weekend. Since their father took a leave from his military duty to come home for their birthday and they had left over credits he took them back yesterday to play. He closed out his tab, was given the receipt to sign for payment and was gathering the kids when he left without realizing the waiter didn't hand back his card. He went back at 10:30am today for their 11am opening to pick up his card - losing his last valuable hour with his kids before his flight back to military duty - only to arrive for them to tell him a Manager - Jose - who lives an hour away and wasn't due back until 2pm - took his card home. To his personal house!! After he told me, I called Dave and Buster's to inquire regarding policy because I was curious why a manager would leave the premises with a customer's credit card. I was speaking to the manager on duty Griffith, who said it was an accident. I informed him my immediate thought is to call the police and file theft charges not view this as an accident! Griffith's response was again telling me it was a mere accident and "not that serious". Griffith also stated "the customer left the card" not the customer was not handed his card back. "Left the card" is arbitrary. He was given a receipt to sign for payment but not given his card back. How convenient... However, when I called corporate following our conversation they said there is a STRICT policy that the manager is supposed to immediately bring any credit cards left behind to the safe. So let's gather all of this... A waiter hands a receipt to ensure their payment but forgets to hand back the credit card to the customer (let's even say he left it there per Griffith), then a manager, who is trained on company policy that all credit cards that are left behind must be taken immediately to the safe takes a customers credit card to their personal house - where God knows who had access, customer then drives 30 minutes (in the opposite direction of the airport) to pick up his card where he left it, to be told it's not there, and Griff here is telling me it's not a big deal? Wooooowwww!! Somebody applaud this level of customer service. *crowd goes silent* Let's be clear - whether improper training, accident or not, after spending a TON of money this weekend on my kid's birthday party, my kids losing out on their final hour with their father all for naught, only to have this piss poor response from Griffith...I will NEVER in life support Dave and Buster's again!!!!!! read more

I had an absolute amazing time at D&B during happy hour, when I visited with my girlfriend. We both spent time at the bar, which all the bartenders were so kind to us and helpful with any questions or drinks! As for the drinks, they were amazing! Nothing beats the happy hour prices for some quality drinks, especially recommend the X-rated Mojito. We also split the chicken parmiagianno entree which had great pasta and pretty good crispy chicken! After our third drink and a good tipsy buzz, we went to play some games and spend some time playing Mario Kart and Pop the Lock. Overall, was a great experience and had an amazing time at the bar. We finished off our night with a watermelon margarita and a corona which brought back that buzz once more after our gaming sesh. Overall, if you want to get lit with your gf/bf or some friends and have fun, go over to Dave and busters and enjoy Happy Hour. Such a promising place but what a disaster. Sat at the bar 15 minutes before finally successfully flagging someone down to serve us drinks. And basically our whole side of the bar was people looking to buy a drink. The bartenders have their heads down the whole time washing glasses and doing anything but looking up to see who needs service. Such a missed opportunity for more sales and more tips. Also More than half of the draft beers were out on what seems to be one of there prime busy days - Sunday (at least according to the bartender). When we sat at a table (2 hour wait and the dining room was only half full which means not enough staff to run the place at full capacity even though there is plenty of customers to fill the joint - again management failure) my 8 year old ordered one of those fancy gummy purple drinks with multicolored straw and instead got just a drink in a standard red plastic cup with regular straw and a few gummies in the bottom. Completely different than what is pitched on the menu but still charged for the fancy drink. When asked about it's lacking qualities the server said they were out of the cups and out of the fancy straws. So don't charge us $5 for a reg soda drink that is $2. Bottom line here is that this place seems to be poorly managed. Whatever management team that is in there is running this place into an early grave. There is so much more money to be made at the bar by the business as well as way more tips to be had if only a manager showed the people behind the bar how to sell drinks. Also with everything from draft beers to fancy straws out of stock, someone clearly doesn't know how to order food drink and supplies and stock up for predictable busy weekends. This all points back again at poor management. I have been to D&Bs in both Philadelphia and palisades mall and they are a 100 times better run. Against my better judgment, I came here instead of going to the D & B in Palisades Mall only a half hour away. We decided to do the eat and play combo with the All You Can Eat wings and $20 game card. We decided to sit a table in the bar area. I went to a manager and asked him to have someone come over and clean the table and that person never came. We decided to sit at the actual bar instead and noticed that another family came over and cleaned the table themselves. It took forever for someone at the bar to take our order. Our wings were pathetic and the fries were lukewarm. The third time around, they finally got it right and sent us hot wings and fries instead of the lukewarm ones that were sent out prior. By this time though, we were full. Go figure. We paid our bill and then went to the game area which was very limited compared to the Palisades Mall's location. Two of the four Mario Kart games were out of order. The Marvel game would not start, so we had to call someone over. Then it would not give out cards, so we had to call someone back over. Our night here just was not ideal. We will just continue going to Palisades though this location is literally 15 minutes away from our home. Fun time. We went right at opening on a Friday. I was quite surprised to see so many children on a school day. It was clean and almost every game was working. We ordered food and it was delivered hot and quickly. It was your typical chain restaurant food. Our server was kind and attentive. We played and ate for about 4 hours. There was a lot of staff on the floor and throughout the bar. Everyone seemed friendly and smiling. The only tiny issue was after we finished eating we asked if they could clear our plates but leave our drinks so we could come back. When I returned about 15 minutes later the table was fully cleared and an employee was asking another employee about our personal items still at the table. I scooped up our coats and prizes we won and carried them around for the last little bit. We came here one Sunday afternoon and tried to get a table for 9. We were told that there was a 2 hour wait so we opted for 2 booths by the bar. The service was horrible. Maybe horrible was an understatement. We waited almost half an hour before someone even acknowledged us and asked for our drink order. Then over an hour after sitting down, we finally got our food. They basically dropped off the food and left. No one ever brought us our check. We asked a server for our check and she said she will let our server know. I've only been to Dave and Buster's twice before and that was in Rockland County New York. This place was new and we went there for a team outing after work one day. The place is clean, and there's plenty to do besides eat and drink. We did pony up to the bar and had some cold beers and the majority of the people ordered food. No one raved about the food, everyone said it was mediocre at best. The beer was cold so I was happy. The wait staff, especially the bartender seemed annoyed with the changes in the menu And other things they had going on around the place. He was a nice guy but when serving a group of 10, it's probably better not to wear your heart on your sleeve. Having never been here before, we walked up the stairs to the woman at the front desk, who didn't even realize we were there because her head was buried in her phone. Went here last night with friends for a belated birthday celebration. We planned on staying here most of the night but ended up leaving early to go somewhere else because it was so awful. It was super crowded, unorganized and very very dirty. We sat down at a dirty table, that took forever for our waitress to come around and clean. When she did end up cleaning it she broke a plate, glass shattered everywhere and barely cleaned up the mess all over the floor. This location had horrible calculations leaving 55 of us unfed and they would not let us into the the arcade to pass the time while waiting for their greasy and unseasoned food. When we asked the waiters and waitresses when we can expect our food they gave us rude remarks and attitudes. They proceeded to accuse one of our teachers of harassment and assault when he moved the manager out of the way of an opening door to help him avoid being hit by the door. I love Dave and busters. Food not great at all but fair for price. The way my kid plays and wants to stay I spend over 2 bills so it's a bi monthly treat for him. I seriously have an issue that I'm a germaphobe and I doubt highly that they clean games off every evening. We were there this Friday from 1-7. We stopped in and ordered a few beers and we also got the Asian Chicken Wonton Nachos, which were ok, they give you 4 pieces and they are alittle to sweet for my taste buds. Secondly, we ordered the deal for the eat and play combo 4 sliders and ribs with fries, it came out terrible, nothing like the photo the burgers were dry as well as ribs, I asked to speak to manager, he came over and we changed it to the cheesesteak sliders with chicken fingers and fries. If you do go here your definitely better off getting the eat and play combo, because at least you get alittle something to snack on for the money your putting out for the arcade games!
