I ordered soft drinks and one alcoholic drink(which took more than 15 mins) to hit the table! He let us know he was waiting for the bar to make the cocktail and offered to buy me an additional drink for the wait! I told him he didn't have to do that, it wasn't his fault! I've had him before and every time I enjoy the service! Very attentive with my kids! I don't know what's going on with the bartenders but they should stay off their phones! Strongly advise against during COVID times. Don't know what kind of "protocol" they're following but it's extremely unsafe. It was so crowded we waited on a line downstairs that wrapped around in the building, which was deceiving. You would have thought it was somewhat "safe" upstairs if they were making us wait, right?Oh no no no, that's not the case at all. No 6 ft, no social distancing, it's was so crowded you're literally getting elbowed. Masks were "required" but not being enforced. So many people were wearing masks at their chin instead of over the nose and face. It was like COVID central. The ONLY plus was the hand sanitizers placed in a bunch of different areas. I came here with a few friends and honestly wasn't really impressed. I got the Triple Bacon Burger with fries and a strawberry lemonade. The food itself was not too great, i would say it was okay but for some reason the burger left a weird after taste in my mouth the whole night. Now for the games and Covid safety, I would say this place is not very Covid friendly. There was no limit cap in this restaurant and the game section felt extremely crowded. There is also no hand sanitizer dispensers anywhere or at least to my knowledge. I didn't see anyone wiping down the games either just a really crowded area with people basically right on top of your neck. Maybe I came on the wrong day but it did not seem Covid safe so I would not recommend this place during this time. But I gave this place 2 stars because of their employees. Finally made it here and the overall experience was both good and bad... The games are a lot of fun! We came on a Sunday night and had to wait about 25 mins for a table. We decided to start playing before we ate so walked around for a little while and waste time. We had a great time playing all the games. When we finally sat for our dinner it was clear that there didn't have to be a wait like that if the wait staff would simply do their jobs. There were a lot of tables that was filled with the former tables' garbage. Waiters: Like why can't you bus the tables??? Management: Clearly the waiters aren't doing it so why don't you designate people to be busing the tables??? There were about 7 workers (3 were hostesses, again why are there so many hostesses and no one busing?) just standing around talking while the tables were filthy all around them. This is going to invite bugs and critters if it continues. It really was just gross and a big turnoff The managers should be fixing this problem ASAP. Our waiter was really nice and the service for our meal was quick and efficient. The food was decent. I got buffalo wings and a side Caesar salad. The buffalo wings were normal just regular buffalo wings. The Caesar salad was okay. My husband got sliders and ribs and he said it was decent. This place really could use an overhaul in the service. D&B is always a fun time when you want to challenge your inner kid and let loose. Not sure about how great this location is as it is much smaller than other locations I've been to. I wouldn't recommend ordering a mixed drink here as their corporate policy requires very minimal measures in each alcoholic beverage. Ordered an Irish Margarita drink and the entire drink tasted just like club soda and was not even mixed. I immediately sent it back for a Wine after just one sip. It was horrible. I give this location 2.6 stars. I love Dave & Busters and the service was good. The menu has so much potential but it wasn't cooked properly. The quesadilla was barely browned (pictured) and the chicken and waffle sliders were cold. It was an awkward, barely toasted experience. I recently had my son's 13th Birthday party and Dave & Buster's manager Jose went above my expectations for my son's big day. The kids had a great time. This was our first time trying this location since it recently opened we used to always go to the one in the palisades mall. The only thing that I did not like was the food, some of the adults got burgers, appetizers and a salad, sad to say they were all pretty disappointing. I did not try the kids food which was cheeseburgers, chicken bites and fries. (I'm lying, I had a few fries, they were okay) however the kids seemed to have enjoyed it or maybe they were starving but my son said it was good. Our server Jenn was very nice and helpful, whenever I would need a drink re fill for the kids or any questions she was there to answer them. The bathrooms are towards the back by the games, very clean and spacious. A lot of parking available, and lots of steps to walk up unless you want to take the elevator. I'm glad I decided to have my son's birthday party here and would definitely recommend it, especially if you are looking for a place that you can just sit back relax and enjoy the entertainment while the kids play. read more

This is the DB location that is closest to my house. We came here for my birthday. Unfortunately, it was midweek and they closed early, but it was still an enjoyable birthday with friends! The food is decent, however the guacamole is the worst. This location does get packed at times and games error out frequently (for me at least). Leaving 4-stars because of the guac. read more

Manger came by and got his food the for him after 10 mins service was not the problem its the cost. Came here for a Team Building experience with the Company I work for. Upon arrival, we had to find our way to the private room because there wasn't any staff around to help us. The open bar concept was pretty basic. As for the food, average. Chicken fingers, sliders, and taco salad, all safety foods for an uncertain dining experience. Therefore, I didn't expect the food to be amazing. But during the self-serve process, I went through an entire stack of plates trying to find a CLEAN one. Or when you get parties of 10+ , you tell them to wait because you don't have enough servers ... ! and then when we ask you where we can put the coats to go play until the table is ready the hostess directs to coat check and assures us that we are first on the list. So I asked why couldn't we put our coats on the table that is waiting for servers? The answer was: what if someone else comes.! I asked how is that possible if we are first on the list?! The answer was focused on the security and responsibility for the coats: we don't want to take responsibility and what if something happens to your coats .!? Terrible experience. 1) They have open seats yet they make you wait in line. There was an entire room with open tables next to the kitchen area. 2) They have power combos that allows you to dine and get cards to play arcades etc. What this means is that a meal can cost $39.99 but $20 would go towards the cards to play games. We ordered 2 power combos for $40 in gameplay at $20 each. After the meal, the waiter comes back with the check and we notice 2 separate charges for $3 each. We ask the waiter and it appears to be the activation fee for the 2 $20 cards that he gave us. We ask politely if he can waive the fee and instead transfer the $40 to a card that we already have since it does make sense to pay $6 for two new cards that we wouldn't use. He's comes back with a new check but the total amount was more than before! He ended up separating the meals from the $40 power points so that it ended up costing more because it's no longer a deal. We're completely puzzled because we ordered the power combos to take advantage of he was buy points. Why would we want to pay the meals separately and the points separately to pay more? Even worse, he finally fixed the check so that the $6 activation fee was removed, and the overall meals corrected to reflect the combo meals. However, we go play some arcades and realize that no points were added! So frustrating. Absolutely the worst. Please, unless you like wasting time don't come here Update: Been over a month, filled out the feedback form and never heard back from them. Poor customer support and retention programs. read more

An amazing central bar with plenty of room, tables, and a Million TVs. C. Compared to The other locations the food sucks. Even my kids don't like the food. D. Came here only a few weeks after they opened on a summer Tuesday night. Food was decent, games were fun and there were a decent amount of people there (not too packed, not too empty). Came back on a Saturday night in November and it was a zoo. Although the staff were very apologetic and nice about the wait for food and drinks, they were clearly overwhelmed. 2/4 sliders came with a tiny sliver of meat (see attached pics). When I was leaving around 9pm, there was a line of people waiting to get inside that was snaked around the building in below freezing temperatures! I was amazed. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had eating anywhere. The waiter literally came to our table to take an order, and never came back. I ate the whole meal with one glass of water, when I ran out that was it... The beer was bad too, they need to clean their tap lines. Service alone I never want to come back, we were a table of 10, so you think he would pay attention to us for a large tip, let me just say we little to no tip. My friends and I wanted to grab food before playing games and there was a QR code to scan for the menu. The menu was hard to navigate but I managed to order 2 orders of fries while the app failed to work for anyone else. It charged my card and we spent about 20 minutes waiting for my fries and trying to work the app to order more food. No staff was acknowledging our requests for help with the app and there was no sign of my fries so we decided to abandon the lost cause, leave the table, and just play some games. First time ever here and was really excited to come. Literally the entire one side of the bar where me and my friend were sitting was empty. Three servers passed us by multiple times I had a flag one down after waiting for about a good 10 minutes. Kevin was our server interesting experience to say the least. We were walked past multiple times without asking if we needed anything I had to keep asking for someone else to either get his attention or to get us what we needed. Definitely not a fine dining experience And even getting just a drink was a difficult task. The bar was not even crowded so I'm not sure what the issue was. It was pretty frustrating to have to wait so long and to ask someone to get our server every time we needed something. Our food came out kind of cold so we had to send it back Kevin didn't even know there was the issue because he didn't ask us how everything was and he wasn't even who we told the food was cold to let alone the person who brought us out our food once I was warmed up another woman I wish you knew her name was the one who was much more attentive to us she had to fill him in on what was going on. Not sure where his head was at but it definitely wasn't concerned when it came to us. Will not return here to dine again, not worth it. Also went to buy tickets up front on the card and the guy who was ringing me up was also texting on his cell phone. I went here the last three times as a 19 year old with a vertical ID with no issue, the mall cops let me in. Today, I showed the same exact ID and they refused to let me in because I'm not 21, even after telling them I went the last three times with no problem. The dining experience was pretty miserable. Nothing like the Times Square location. The gaming experience was exactly what you would expect from a Dave and Busters, fun. First and Foremost, our waitress had a very bad red-nose snot filled head cold. I'm pregnant. I do not want those germs all over my glasses and food. It was really gross every time she paused to have a coughing fit or sneezing fit. Then she would talk over our food after sneezing. GROSS. I wanted to ask for a new waitress so badly. Why in the world was she allowed to work? Secondly, the food was really bad. It was worse than most bar food I've had. It was worse than Applebee's. Everything was very very salty. I was rubbing salt off each french fry just to eat something. I complained to the manager about this. The ketchup tasted really funny (I think they must have used a cheap brand to refill the Heinz bottle). The chicken fingers tasted funny. Overly watery if you can imagine. The sliders were toasted and not steamed. The side sauces to the sliders were really gross and had a film over them like they had been sitting out. The celery sticks with the buffalo wings were translucent, ick. Third, when we arrived to the table, every single of the 6 white app plates were dirty. I asked for new clean plates, and only one replacement was clean. Is your dishwasher broken? Fourth, please fix the elevator. There are a lot of steps for a pregnant woman to walk up. Fifth, none of the power play meals have gluten free options. When I asked the waitress about this she said the available options were the most popular options. This was my first time visiting Dave & Buster's, so I didn't really know what to expect. The entrance is odd - you have to walk up stairs or take an elevator to get to the main floor. There is no greeter at the lower level. Once upstairs, there is a desk which I assumed was where you'd go to be seated. However, they directed us to a different desk where we'd be seated. We all ordered off the specials menu, which gets you either $10 or $20 in games with a meal for a small price. The food took forever to come out. When it finally did come out, we didn't have fries with any of our entrees and were told they were on the way. Overall, it just seemed chaotic to be given half of your meal, and the other half about 10-15 minutes later. Service was very, very slow and really disorganized. I could understand if the place just opened but it's been at least a month and they still don't seem to know what they're doing. The game section was a lot of fun, with a large selection of games Although, I expected it to be bigger and more spacious. Space could most definitely be an issue if the place was more crowded. I would not visit here on the weekend or on Wednesdays when it's half price. read more
