Dave & Buster's is the dream of every adult who is still a kid at heart. For all the arcade enthusiasts, sports fans, and those who like to have drinks at a bar followed by some virtual racing, this place is the bomb. Back in my hometown, a place like this doesn't exist and when visiting Arizona, I needed to give it a try. Although there were plenty of kids making their way around when we went, we didn't feel out of place by going here. Note: We didn't spend any time downstairs and were by the bar and arcade the majority of the time. I highly recommend looking up any online deals. We were able to use one to get over a hundred points (not sure on the exact number) on our Dave & Buster's card for a little over $20 and there were enough points that I still had plenty over left over after an hour. Tickets were relatively easy to win and the prizes were extensive. For me, I wouldn't come here for the dining experience. The bar had some good drinks and the fries were some of the best I've had but, based on the orders of my friends, the fries and drinks are what I would limit myself to when not enjoying the arcade. Man!!! This place is so awesome. Wanted to go someplace to watch the football game and let the kids play and this was perfect! Aaron at the bar next to the bowling lanes was phenomenal! He was very attentive and easy to carry a conversation with. I will definitely be coming back for future sporting events while the kids get to have some fun. I love Dave and Busters... Maybe because I am an adult that refuses to grow up (I mean adulting is way overrated!). Yeah can you blow a small fortune on arcade games.. totally, but it brings you back to your childhood with the added bonus of being able to hit the skee ball machine with a cocktail in hand! They change out the games pretty frequently so there is always something new to explore, the food isn't half bad, the cocktails are good, the service is adequate and they keep things pretty tidy. read more

Honestly, I came here just for the arcade and it seemed very limited if you compare it to Castles & Coasters. One machine also ate a lot of our credit and we reported it but the technician never arrived. Whenever a machine doesn't work properly at C&C and you report it, they're on it ASAP. In addition to that, the multiplayer game mode on some machines was not programmed so games where you could play multiplayer on normally like at C&C was not programmed properly here. D&B also has pool tables in the back on the 2nd floor and a restaurant on the 1st floor. A bar with the arcade is on the 2nd floor and I believe you can order food there as well. It was a mediocre experience. I would much rather have eaten dinner somewhere else and then have gone to Castles & Coasters. I actually will do that next time. And probably do mini golf too. I mean if you're a fan of pool and like beer and have kids this is probably the place for you. If you like the arcade and want to spend most of your time there, go to C&C. read more

My 8 year old son has been saving his tickets all summer and he had 23,860 on his card and I asked the new elderly lady working there to combine the cards mine with 3994 on it and his and instead she manually used all his tickets and only left mine manager didn't fix this and acted like we were making it up. My girlfriend has a bad nut allergy, and every time we come here the kitchen is SO accommodating. Everyone from the server, the manager, and the chef communicates how careful they are to us when preparing our food. They also bring the food out covered for us from the manager. For a place that has 4 restaurants in the building and only kitchen - we are very appreciative. It's nice how safe they are. We don't even come here to play games a just to eat! Jillian's is hard to put a finger on because it's so many things. Upscale arcade and bowling, dance club, bar, pool hall and a couple different restaurants. For the purpose of my review, I'm going to focus on the arcade. I'm a skee-ball fiend and it has some premium lanes. The whole arcade is very clean and well maintained. It can be pretty crowded with families of kids but you have to remind yourself that you are on their turf. The downside is that Jillian's uses one of those "credit card" point systems that makes it a little harder to keep track of how much you are actually spending on games. Came here to eat and play. A server sat us but then told us to scan the menu on the phone AND order from the phone. This is terrible. Server told us they have a drink we asked for but then on the phone its not there. The ordering process is terrible. You have to pay right when you order before you get any food or drinks. After complaining they sent us upstairs to get a server, then when we get up there they say they don't do that, so the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This is by far the worst bowling establishment I've ever been to. Me and fiancé were disrespected by the Manager and some employee named Erik (Erick). When I proceeded to ask for information about them they REFUSED to give it to me. Me and fiancé were attacked on a racist level and I recommend not going to this establishment if you respect yourself and your loved ones. This is a BAR establishment as well so if you want to be made bad by drinking and being adults and having fun then this is the place to go. The behavior and demeanor that we experienced is unacceptable. NO person in a managerial position should be able to treat customers differently because of their race. I'm sorry but if your engineers can build a bowling alley to support bowling balls then why are you in business? And if you don't support adult behavior then don't have a BAR. The disrespect my husband and I faced was unmatched by any organization that ever existed. I am appalled by their behavior towards us. I expect to be contacted because this is unacceptable as I've previously stated. We will not be coming back and I will be contacting my Lawyer for discrimination!!! Unbelievable. I usually like to go here just because of my kid birthday but tonight the guy who work there in the virtual stand is so rude. First I didn't complaint when half of the machine just took my money ( swipe the card and it said ready but then nothing is working or no ball come out ) happened 4 times tonight. And when my son want to get on the virtual machine no one was there so I pressed the bottom and no one come so I pressed again ( we don't know if the bell is working or not because there was no light or sound ) and then this guy finally come and said you don't have to pressed bottom many times with very rude tone. Honestly this place is not for food. I ordered three appetizers and compared to what is pictured on the menu, you basically get micro bite portions that hardly have any meat and flavor at that. The street corn quesadilla is a sad excuse of a menu item and it's a street taco size flour tortilla cut into four pieces, I mean come on! The potstickers is four pieces that is basically just a frozen soy sauce heated up Asian disaster. Lastly , the chicken wonton that has 4 pieces, has about one table spoon of chicken "meat" split into stale chips loaded with dry veggies . Don't be fooled by the menu as you do not get what you see... honestly terrible tasting food and they need to step up their game in regards to portions and not be so cheap in regards to something as simple as an appetizer . We had my cousin's Deployment Party at this location in late February and couldn't have been more pleased! Bethany was able to secure a space for our large party on the upstairs patio allowing us to decorate and celebrate in a private area. The room charge was reasonable and the food came out quickly! Our server was a rock star ensuring everyone was taken care of without ever an empty glass in the room. There were so many games to choose from and the kids had a blast! I personally loved the shrimp and steak linguine with a orange blossom beer on the side. Great place for a fun day and easy to work with for events. We will definitely be back! read more

What a terrible experience. Do NOT BRING A GROUP. It took 3 hours for 16 of us to order drinks get our first round. Order dinner. Get our dinner. Then get our checks. Then pay. The server was all alone with no help. He was totally out of is element. After the 3rd person went to the manager it seemed they sent some help and then came over to give us complimentary cards to play games. Only half the cards worked and the ones that did only worked for about a 3rd of the games. Every bar was under staffed. The drinks were over priced and terrible pours and the food was way overpriced and not good. So many better options out there. What a waste of a night. read more

Dave and busters has a few different areas that you can eat at. You can eat downstairs in the restaurant or the bowling alley or the sports bar or upstairs in the arcade where it's open seating. We had dinner in the arcade so our kids could play some games. There are so many arcade games to choose from. And I really like how you can use one card to play the games and all the tickets go on that card too. The food was not excellent but we were there mainly to play games anyway. We went back a couple days in a row while on vacation so the kids could play games and they really enjoyed it. read more

Wasn't sure what I was to do with the gift card I got since I'm way past any interest in games, but I took a friend for dinner and was so very surprised...the food was GREAT! My friend and I had a fabulous server in Paul and we both enjoyed the meatballs and linguine. We substituted the noodles with zoodles. Stopped in last night I was super surprised they were open. Let me reiterate that I love Dave and Buster's. As a 37-year-old man I enjoy going there and playing games and having a good time. BUT, I was appalled that they are not requiring people to wear masks, not wiping down machines, very little attempt at social distancing. How is Dave and Buster's open? Yet movie theaters, parks, gyms, pools, are closed or at least attempting some sort of social distancing. Dave n busters did very very little of that. I was shocked. I bring my daughter here on wednesdays since it's half off games. We easily spend 4 hours here at a given time. That way momma gets a cocktail and kids have a blast. I can be pretty competitive at ski ball so I will take on anyone. The food is comfort food and is always great! Nations are HUGE!!! Ive been coming here for the past few years now. Ever since I just started highschool, I loved coming here. It was mostly a get away for when I had stress in my life. I come around every Wednesday to play some DDR with my friends and its a nice breath of fresh air from the real world. We did encounter a problem recently with a family insulting us and threatening us and the manager handled it very professionally. Now I definitely know if I ever run into trouble at my favorite place to go, ill be safe! The staff is great and has never been a problem along with food service. There's a really nice lady at the bar that gives us water during our DDR sessions and it's really thoughtful of her! I always keep the little things close to me. This was more of just a personal experience I've had here. It's hard to say negitive things about a place I've been coming to for years. Even if I have had a negitive encounter, it's not something the staff can control. Sometimes people are just very rude especially with the times now.
