My husband booked us a bay so that we could get together with my daughter and her boyfriend for a birthday and Mother's Day celebration We were assigned by 333, which is excellent since it's down towards the end and I felt it was a little more private and quiet. Saturday morning is not too busy of a time so that was nice as well. Our server was Emma and she took great care of us we were able to play four different games and had a lot of fun trying to maneuver my husband who is a pretty good golfer I ordered the Mediterranean appetizer and it was very good. Nice crunchy veggies as well as that bread is to die for and all of the hummus and sauces were fantastic. It was hilarious, though that every single one of us wanted a grilled chicken sandwich, so we all ordered the same thing, lol highly unusual!! That chicken sandwich is incredibly tasty albeit very messy! Fries were good too but needed some salt. I was a little unhappy that the drinks menu did not have any pricing on it so I had to keep checking for the pricing on our app as you can see your Total there. I do think Topgolf needs to be a little more transparent here and have pricing on the menus. We had a fun day and look forward to doing it again sometime soon. read more

Great spot for fun, food, and good vibes! I have a membership, and it's always a great experience. The breakfast flatbreads are amazing -- fresh and flavorful. The drinks are good, and the service is great every time. One of the best parts is the view of Talking Stick in the background, which makes the place even more beautiful, especially during sunrise or sunset. Zero complaints about the food. Or events. But when talking about security all I can say is wow. My wife goes in to an event. I go grab food and park and eating in the car. I have a security guard pass me and eye me up and down. Me just sitting in the car eating. Not bothering anyone. He comes back around and asks what I'm doing. I said I'm waiting for my wife and I'm eating dinner. He says you can't park here. The is the employee lot. I said OK I didn't know I couldn't park here. There are a ton of open spots and it was away from everyone. So I move my car 4 rows over. He comes up to my car again and says you can't park on this side either. Meanwhile people are getting out and walking into top golf left and right that are parking now behind me. I said so those are all employees? He claims yes. Dressed in civilian clothes and with families going into Top Golf. He then threatens to drag my ass out of the car if I don't move to the other side. At first it was already unprofessional. But now this is embarrassing. So I ask him his name. He responds with "it doesn't matter". I said no it does. And he said his name is Jerrel. I said ok thanks Jerrel. What is your bosses name. And he said "I'm not going to tell you that". I said ok I'll go find out. I go talk with another security guard and he said the managers name is Jim and you can't park park wherever you want. I tried calling Top Golf for 30 minutes to try and get ahold of Jim but my 11 phone calls were not answered. If management sees this. I would love a response and call back. I enjoyed a to go order of the pretzel bites and chicken strips with fries, blue cheese and Dijon aioli to dip. The chicken was surprisingly tender and love the sauces! This has been my go-to TopGolf because it is so much better than the one by my home in Avondale. However, I went yesterday and while eating a pizza, what I thought was a cheese pull was actually a rubber band, cooked into my pizza. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he said a lot of people complain about rubber bands in the food. He told me it had to do with the manufacturer, thankfully the pizza was comped but he seemed very hesitant and said "I mean, I said sorry, I don't know what to do if it's not our problem, it's the manufacturer". The energy from our server was off the rest of the night, it felt like we inconvenienced them. I will unfortunately be going to the TopGolf near my house from now on. read more

This was my first time going to top golf and I had a ball. I was with a group of friends and the competition among each other was funny and memorable. There were tons of "whiffs" which I learned is missed shots, lol. We arrived on a Thursday evening and the place was packed. The staff was cool and friendly. Our food server, Darnell was a sweetheart. First thing first was ordering food and drinks. Honestly when I return i could skip the food, unless I want a little snack. Most of us ordered the flat wings, flatbread pizza and flavored margaritas. The wings were the best thing on the table. Now to game, only two of us had been to top golf before. However, they were no help in remembering what to do. One of the staff explained the game and our options from the screen. We started our game and laughed and yelled at each other about our amateur swings. We saw these young kids swinging those golf clubs with power. They had their personalized golf clubs with gloves. It was a new and cool experience to witness. During our games we saw staff on the field clearing some of the balls on the ground. Of course I won the first round and bragged alot. We were headed to the casino next door for a concert and swing in for a quick bite. We were both surprised but the pretzel bites & boneless chicken bites were fantastic! The cheese for the was yum! Let's talk about the BBQ bites dipped in ranch- whoa! They were so delicious that we ordered a second round since we were sharing! This top golf in Scottsdale area is one of my favorites. It's located right next to the talking stick resort and golf course. This place has many bays. So we were pretty confident that we would get at least one bay without a reservation. I always bring my golf clubs, but you can use theirs as well. Balls don't travel as far as the balls you will use for a real round of golf. So don't be upset when your shots don't travel as far. Service was great. They attended to us every 15 mins to see if we were doing fine. Also since one of our orders arrived late, they gave us free extra 30 mins and also wiped that item off of our bill. It was very nice of them to do that. Definitely get 5 stars from me for their hospitality. Food and the ambiance were awesome. Although my sister in law wouldn't agree with me as one of the hitter next to us looked like a long distance powerful driver. She didn't like how loud his shots were. This is our second time here. I live near Topgolf but since I'm not a golfer, I didn't see a reason to go until I read a review about the restaurant. The food *is* pretty good! Basic bar fare but better than most. We split the Mediterranean Trio, a cheesy flatbread, and the all-American burger with fries. Needless to say, we (two people) took home a bit of each. Parking is easy, and the wait staff were excellent. It was fun watching people with various skills teeing off. I liked the shame-free environment, esp on a Saturday night. My only suggestion is to have someone guide people to a seat, or at least put up a sign indicating if it's open seating. We wandered around for a while until we figured out where we could sit. This was my first time at any Top Golf, let alone the one in Scottsdale. I came with a pretty big group so we got two bays which is enough for 10 people. The AC and fans were very necessary in this 100°+ weather, although, I feel as though main priority when seated is getting waters, just to stay hydrated, but we got our food, drinks and checked on multiple times prior getting waters. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread is very good, I got the piña colada and I didn't taste much Malibu but it was still very refreshing and creamy. Incredibly clean and professional facility. With top notch staff and service. We had the loaded chicken nachos, 7 or 8 beers, mixed drinks, patty melt, shrimp tacos, the buttermilk chicken sandwich. The shrimp tacos were way too small for the price and had no sides and that was unfortunate considering the price. The patty melt and chicken sandwich were excellent by bar food standards and the drink were nice and strong. Service as always was excellent. The restaurant inside was clean and well-maintained. The cheese fondue was pretty good and so were the chips and salsa. Everyone enjoyed the pretzels with dipping sauce too. I think for all of us to eat and play was about $250.00 for 1.5 hours. I highly suggest not doing reservations as this is the only place I know of that gives you massive disadvantages when reserving. As in, they won't wait for your entire party to start your time, they sometimes actually fail to reserve, and you can't even add hours, and they don't let you check in at the front desk. Other than that, I would describe this game to newcomers as "bowling but golf" since there's a lot of game modes to choose from and you're essentially hitting a golf ball on a stationary position and taking turns with your cronies. This places charges different prices based off time of day and whether it's a weekend or weekday. You get charged more during peak hours such as night time weekends. Every new member needs to spend $5 to create their profile but it's a profile that's good for all Topgolf locations. The service was pretty absent as we had to chase her down just to get extra orders. However, for a chain place, the food is above average. If you like sweet libations, I suggest getting the Mango Cart beer which was so good that we got two towers. We originally ordered 1.5 hours but the novelty was quite good so we added an extra 30 minutes. Between the 4 of us, that allowed us to really play 2.75 games (yeah, we didn't have enough time to finish off the last game). A big foible of this place is all the hidden fees and I absolutely hate being lied to by an establishment. The website definitely lies about prices (which definitely felt like great prices) by suddenly adding a fee for everything you do. They add extra costs for food (not tax), they make you pay extra just for playing the golf game, and they make you pay extra for buying alcohol. Yes, all of this is separate from the normal state tax you would pay anyway. Just stop with the hidden fees and post the truth. read more

Topgolf in Scottsdale has always been top-notch! Upon arrival we had a issue with one of our monitors, however, after mentioning it to the server, they were able to get maintenance out to fix it. Our server was great. My girlfriend created some kind of virgin Mojito that the server was able to work out for her based on a drink that was on the menu. She was on top of everything and kept checking in to make sure we were doing OK and was able to turn on the misters on the fans to create a better experience as it was a really warm day. Normally the food at Topgolf is really good and the appetizers are solid however, on this day, we opted to just have drinks and stay hydrated while we play a little golf. I've visited this Topgolf location with my family for over five years and usually overlook the slow service and lack of engagement from staff because it's a fun activity for the family, but during our most recent visit, something truly concerning happened. I ordered a beverage I've had many times before, and it arrived tasting completely off. I politely asked our server to check on it, and when a replacement was brought, it turned out to be water. We tested it, there was no question and confirmed by the manager. When I raised this, the server seemed unsure, and while the manager was apologetic, he couldn't explain how it happened. I declined a new drink because, at that point, I didn't feel comfortable continuing. We were assured nothing would be charged, but the final bill still included several items, and the issue was never fully acknowledged. After years of loyalty, I left feeling unsettled and disappointed. Topgolf needs to take better care with quality control, and how they respond to guest concerns, especially when families are involved. read more

Overall okay and average experience at Top Golf. It wasn't super busy and we had to just wait 20 minutes to get to play when we arrived and checked in. However for some reason when we checked online and called at around 4:30 they told us we couldn't make a reservation until 8:30 but that if we showed up in person it would be a short wait. Made no sense to me. They have free pool and lawn games downstairs which is great when you are trying to do something to pass the time why you wait for your turn. Our server was attentive and would check on us to see if we needed food or more drinks. The scoring was a little annoying as the sensors seemed off and were not picking up on everything. It was also tough to keep switching player names on the screen as it wouldn't always work. For a high tech place, monitors and sensors don't seem to work very well. Overall we had a fun afternoon aside from the minor annoyances. Would still come to Top Golf, but hopefully next time our set up works a little better. read more

They are using Topgolf correctly Pricing to play was not so bad for 2 hours split amongst 6 people but it's kind of bs that they charge you a $5 fee to set up a "membership". I paid that charge 6 or 7 years ago and apparently that didn't hold up so I was charged another membership fee this time, it's dumb This review is primarily centered around the HIGHWAY ROBBERY that is their "not-chos" you bet they are not nachos. For a whopping $10.50, you can have 8 tortilla chips smothered in pinto beans, queso, jalapeños & PESTO (wtf). Everything about this felt misleading to our group, I tried to address it with the manager and he was smug about it. Didn't care to offer any consolation (can I take it back for you & get you something else, etc) knowing that we weren't happy with it. This particular manager may require some extra training on customer service. All of the other staff & our server were pleasant to deal with From this experience, I'm turned off by Topgolf altogether.
