What a different experience from my original one. Still seeing if anything will pan out to post full update. However, right off the bat, customer service was not close to the first time. Definitely felt as if I was at a car dealer again. The focus started on how much down I could put down. I wanted to know vehicle and price options. I was asked to tell them a specific vehicle that I may have in mind. Only to be told they did not have a match. It was pretty much an approach as if My business was not needed and I should settle . It was more of a " We Cant Do It" attitude and conversation even before researching options. Big difference from the first lease with these guys in which they searched around and gave me a few options and git me into a car with upgraded package for the right price.
