Both times, their final recommendation was to just wipe out everything and start over. Fortunately, Experimax was able to rescue me. I had a password for the hard drive itself and Eric was able to boot the computer using another device, which allowed me to get access to the hard drive. Another time, I brought in my automatic starter remote because the unlock button stopped working when the car was running. They opened it, found that the button had shifted, and fixed it on the spot at no charge. They truly have a customer first attitude. Everyone is friendly, they take the time to look out for their customers, and they find solutions that are the most economical.

I told him online it stated it was not available at the other store. They did not care. I left and decided I would never go back to that store. I called the other store and i was told yes they had the battery. I went to the West Columbia store and picked up the battery. The sales person there was very helpful and very nice. I guess your website is screwed up for proper information. I will never go back to the Harbison store.
