I purchased the larger of the 2 deals, $69 towards $139 worth of diagnostics, repair, etc. Although my Living Social app steered me a little past the location initially, I laughed it off with the young lady at the desk. She was very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. James did a wonderful job with repairing my screen and got my computer back to me quickly. Instead, I received no updates and had to return multiple times over approximately three weeks. Each time, I was told it needed more time and would be ready "tomorrow." When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.
