This place came highly recommended as a fast, reliable, and reasonably-priced place to get my phone repaired. I wasn't disappointed. I called first, to make sure they were able to take a look. The person who answered the phone was very responsive and gave me a quote (which turned out to be accurate). The staff confirmed my suspicions about what was wrong with the phone, but they also gave it a once-over for any other potential causes of the problem. I sat in the waiting room (quiet and comfortable) for roughly 30 minutes while they carried out the repair. Problem solved, and my phone hasn't given me any more trouble. I've been putting off getting some repairs to my laptop that's limping along, and I will definitely bring it to Mr. PC. These guys are trustworthy and aren't going to sell you something you don't need. They also do a great job explaining what's wrong with your device in laymen's terms. read more

My roommate took her MacBook here to get the screen replaced. Once we got it back a week or so later the Touch Bar was not working- it previously worked when we dropped the MacBook off, we also saw the employee use the brightness on it to verify that the screen was broken because the brightness didn't affect it. They tried to explain to us that there was no way they could have broken it and it was not really their responsibility. We looked up possible solutions online and found that a common problem with Mac books when the screen is replaced is that the touch-bar connection can be out of place. We took it back in and argued with the employee and manager to try to get them to fix it. They agreed to look at it for a service fee of like $30. To get them to fix it we also found a wiki page that told them exactly how to do it and they ended up fixing it for free. Initially I was not impressed with the customer service and felt ripped off, we basically had to haggle them to get them to fix the computer fully... $480 later. I wish they had done some research on the problem prior to telling us we broke it even though it was not even in our possession. :( read more

the fixing of the phone screen they get 5 stars. but on the topic of their screen protectors, DO NOT BUY. they are unreliable and not made to protect your phone screen. any time i have dropped my phone, and from very short heights, it cracks all the way to my phone screen not even effecting the screen protector. now they are making them this way for obvious reasons, you'll be forced to go back in and get your screen fixed. like i said, with fixing screens alone they are very good at and the prices are unbeatable. read more

Brought them my PS4 to fix a broken HDMI port. While they fixed the HDMI port, they ended up screwing up my console to the point where it would shut off randomly, and then eventually not even turn on anymore. Instead of refunding me, they said that I'd have to pay to get another diagnostics test after I already paid for the repair. If you are looking for a place to fix your gaming console, DO NOT CHOOSE MR. PC! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ended up having to buy an entirely new console because of their shoddy repair work that created even more problems. Can't speak for other devices, but beware of this shop. Take caution! read more

If I could give a 4.5/5 I would. These guys fixed my shattered iPhone 6 screen in less than 15 minutes and the screen looks and works great now, cost me $100. Only thing negative I have to say is my home button seems a little loose but it works fine. My phone is over 2 years old so I'm not expecting it to be perfect at this point. After doing some research, this was definitely the best place from what I found to get my phone screen replaced. Best price in Columbia, SC to get the job done and best reviews. Called and the guys were able to do it that day and in 45min. Did a really good job and was super friendly. Have had zero problems since and don't anticipate on having any; if so I'll be back in with the 90 day warranty they provided me with. Guys know what their doing. read more

Took my computer for a simple diagnostic test which took a week, and was supposedly fixed afterwards. Two days after I got it back the problem returned. I took it back and it took them two weeks to determine what the issue was. They were very unorganized me kept saying it would be done by the end of the day for 3 days in a row. When I finally got my laptop back, I took it elsewhere to get it repaired. The other company got it back to me in 24 hours, perfectly restored. The problem wasn't even what Mr. PC told me. It was a part that was 3x cheaper that needed to be replaced. I've heard other branches run better so it is probably worth the drive to the harbison office. read more

Fixed my screen I put a life proof case on took off after about a month and the top right of my screen was coming out I tried pushing it in alittle and top of screen cracked warranty did not cover even though who ever repaired my screen is 65% at fault Becareful with the type of screen this place use! read more

The staff at Mr. PC was very polite and my shattered iPhone screen was fixed within thirty minutes, which is amazing compared to other stores in the area. The cost for a completely shattered iPhone 5 screen was $115. However, I had my phone fixed three days ago and now there is an extremely small crack in the middle of the screen. The phone has not been dropped and I cannot imagine what could cause such a tiny crack. read more
