Listen!!! These guys are the absolute truth! I had the best experience with the good people at Mr. PC. My daughter broke my wife's phone a few weeks back to the point that there was a visible hole on the back of the device. We decided to take the phone to this store after looking for a team that produced results, moved quickly, and has solid prices. I'm thankful that I did because this store has all 3. I showed up to the store and the team was very kind and willing to assist me purchasing accessories to go with my phone that was to be fixed as well. I was told the phone would be repaired in 2 hours and they knocked it out in 90 minutes. I love the fact that they underpromise but overdeliver. Further, I came to the store with a certain price that I knew I would pay to get my phone fixed. With the same amount of money, I got a my phone fixed, a new case, phone charger, cord, and protective glass and still had money to spare from my original expectation. This place needs to be checked by the BBB. The damage done by the owner to my laptop by wiping out 80% of all the data on my pc after reinstalling Windows and not asking any questions/duplicating anything is unacceptable, irreversible and greatly exceeds the issue I initially came in with. But Even worse, instead of acknowledging what had happened right after and trying to work with me he tried to brush it off as my fault and denied to refund me for what they did. This man is arrogant, unprofessional and refuses to listen to anyone but himself. Anwar did a great job for me! Im in town, traveled from GA to visit family in SC & work remotely when my Dell Inspirion laptop decided to pop apart at the left hinge on a Sunday. This place completely ruined my phone. Went to get my charging port cleaned, now phone won't charge at all, and they refused to fix it. Not to mention kicked us out of his store when we came back to as him to fix his mistake. Took it to TWO different phone stores and both told me they have completely ruined my phone. And they could care LESS! I now have to buy a new phone when i could barely afford the first one. Times are hard and these people could give a sh**. I can't believe they can get away with this. Really good people here! My brother bought an iPhone off of a friend but it had some bumps on the top. We took it in and he told us whoever had replaced the screen on the phone last had put the screws in the wrong place and if it had been left like that too long the phone itself could've stopped working. He put the screws back in their right places and didn't even charge us since it didn't take any new parts! We've been a loyal customer since then! I took my own iPhone here to get the battery replaced a while back, and it was $30 and only took an hour! read more

Didn't know screen repairs also included us walking to go get you out of your car." And here's my final response In response to your comment, what would bringing it back in do? It's clear that the screens you use to replace broken iPhones are cheap generic products so what would bringing it back in do? Your confused because I made a review before bringing it back in and you questioned "who writes reviews before actually bringing it back in"... Sir I paid for a service which gave me a screen quality much more poor than it was before so I wrote a review about it. There's no law or rule saying that I need to bring the phone back to then write my review so you saying that is unnecessary. And to repeat myself I said "Not saying that it is necessary but it would've been nice for one of the workers to wave me to come on back in once my phone was done" Let me rephrase, it would've been common courtesy to wave me in to come in a pick to pick up my phone. And you're right, screen repairs don't include you to come out and get us from our cars but good customer service would most definitely consider it. I was literally in front of the building. Me and your workers made eye contact on several occasion and not once did they attempt to make any SIMPLE gesture to come in. Instead they ALLOWED me to continue to wait in my car well after my phone repair was finished. It was clear I didn't know if they were finished or not cause I sat waiting watching them while they watched me, wait. Your worker told me to leave the building, that I can't wait inside because you guys no longer have a lobby. If he is to tell me I can leave don't you think he can tell me to come back in once it was completed by a simple hand gesture? You most likely don't cause you don't seem to understand good customer service. You always get defensive and come after every person who gives you a negative review instead of working out a solution. You have kind and sincere replies to those who give you positive reviews but I have yet to see a reply of you trying to work out a solution with your customers rather than disregarding the negative reviews with your shrewd replies. You don't have the same appreciation and empathy for those who give you positive reviews to those who give you negative reviews, and it shows judgement and attitude towards the people who bring your business income is based off of your fat ego. I don't regret saying what I said because it's what happened my phone quality is now crap and I the quality of my iPhone has downgraded, the way the workers watched me wait in my car though my phone was done for 20 minutes without giving me any signs of it being finished was poor customer service. I can't believe you really tried to come for me because I wrote a review about it but trust me I'm not surprised after seeing the way you treat customers who give you poor reviews. People don't go out of there way to write negative reviews and they don't do it for no reason but you don't care. The service was fast. And the employees were really friendly. I received a screen replacement for iPhone 6. After the first two days I had to take my phone back the screen started glitching. Random "buttons" were pushing. THEY FIXED IT IN 20 minutes. Another 3 days past and it started doing the same thing. I took it back today... fixed again in 20 minutes... The issue was fixed (so it seems) BUT, I had purchased a tempered glass screen protector last visit and They didn't replace it. Needless to say I can use my phone, BUT It seems like I'm going to have to take it back to them over and over again. read more

Stay away with any Apple products. I went there Monday morning with my iPhone acting up. The guy who open did not have any idea. Want to keep it for 30 minutes but first have to do a receipt. I felt weird so I told him to forget it. I took it to another and a couple of minutes it was normal. So if you got a Apple products stay away if you don't want it destroy. Business deserves negative 5 stars. The most unprofessional place ever. I spent over $500 on an iPad screen. It's been 7 months (6 since they returned my iPad the first time), and I am on my 3rd screen. First screen stopped working while still in their possession. Second screen completely stopped working about 3 months later. (iPad screen NEVER worked properly when they gave it back.). Anwar Robertson, owner, agreed to take a look at it. While attempting to fix my iPad, HE broke the second screen. He replaced it and gave it back. My iPad was still not working correctly. Took it back again and Anwar told me it was because iPads weren't meant to play today's games. Apple made them with no ventilation. So don't use it to play games. REALLY!! So now the 3rd screen isn't working. So I now have a useless 512GB 12.9" iPad Pro, with a $500 POS screen that's clearly defective. And if that isn't enough to deter you from this so called business, Anwar Robertson personally attacked me. He doesn't even know me. He refused to listen to my questions. He repeatedly talked over me. So rude and disrespectful. This review is coming from a black professional woman. He is the reason why black businesses get a bad name!! read more

Poor customer service, my daughter took her WiiU Tablet on October 14th to be fixed, on October 21st we went back because we haven't heard anything back yet. She was told that it didn't get checked in to be looked at. Came back on today Oct 28 to be told that it is doing something funny and it might be the motherboard, call back at 6pm. She called back she was given the price, why is it taking 3 weeks to fix it, then I was told it has only been there since Oct 21st. I remember everyday that I brought her there because I had an appointment near Sandhills. On the phone I was trying to explain myself the owner got on the phone was rude I was trying to talk and he kept interrupting me, finally he told me this isn't what we going to do come and get your tablet we won't be fixing. read more
