They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. He gave me 20 minutes of his time in the middle of the day to provide me with sound advice on the TV I was repairing (i.e. where to buy parts, repair and testing procedures, and expected part costs). He also gave me advice bout televisions in general as well as what to look for or avoid. OLEDs from Samsung or TCL are well built and last longer. I see some comments saying he was rude to them, but from my conversation I think they misinterpreted his personality.
