Apple quoted me $700 dollars to fix the computer which did not seem worth it so I tried some local shops. Another nearby shop quoted me $500 to fix the computer but I wanted to keep searching. This SmartPhone Medic location got recommended to me so I went in for a quote. A price of $350 was given to me as the price of part and labor. I figured I would go with it. I dropped off the laptop and they told me it would be about a week. After a week, I got a call, picked up the computer and everything seems good so far. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! Overall I'm a highly satisfied customer and I will refer all my family and friends, and I will only have iTech fixing my devices from now on.

Worst place to get your computer fixed. After I dropped off my computer o was told it'll be ready…read morethe next day which was a complete lie. It took them almost a month before it got fixed. I got a missed call from them and I called them back and they said it was ready. I go pick up my computer only to try to get over charged until I told the guy I was quoted $129 then he wants to adjust the price. Then he tried to tell me he called twice last week to tell me my computer was ready but he couldn't produce his receipt, I have my receipt where I only got a call from them once. I'll never recommend them to anyone.
