The cashier said that staples customers come first because most people come there just to return things. I told her you didn't have a problem letting the person in front of me return her item so what's the problem? She said it takes too long for people to return an item. After I returned the item I told her that took all of 30 seconds so what's the real problem? Never did get an answer. Apple quoted me $700 dollars to fix the computer which did not seem worth it so I tried some local shops. Another nearby shop quoted me $500 to fix the computer but I wanted to keep searching. This SmartPhone Medic location got recommended to me so I went in for a quote. A price of $350 was given to me as the price of part and labor. I figured I would go with it. I dropped off the laptop and they told me it would be about a week. After a week, I got a call, picked up the computer and everything seems good so far. If the part ends up not working, I will definitely make an update but hopefully that does not happen.
