When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.

Mind you the person that was just ahead of me just returned an item to Amazon. The person behind me said to cashier that I was waiting ahead of her. The cashier said that staples customers come first because most people come there just to return things. I told her you didn't have a problem letting the person in front of me return her item so what's the problem? She said it takes too long for people to return an item. After I returned the item I told her that took all of 30 seconds so what's the real problem? Never did get an answer. I will never step foot in that store again and will tell my friends to do the same. If you really need something from staples order it on line.
