I regret being referred to Cellular Plus on Parklane Road and will not return. I brought in my…read moredaughter's Apple Watch for a cracked back, charging issues, and an upside-down screen orientation. I was told it would be repaired for $100 and ready Monday. Instead, I received no updates and had to return multiple times over approximately three weeks. Each time, I was told it needed more time and would be ready "tomorrow." When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.

There parking lot is a little weird, and it's one way in and one way out. It's kind of hard getting back to Two Notch from the parking lot, but if you drive across the parking lot to the light, it's much easier. I walked in and was greeted by the tech who was going to fix the phone. He did a few checks and asked some questions. My son's home button had come off and the tech asked the other tech in the store how much for another home button and he says "charge $15-$30 depending on the service. Mind you I'm standing right there! I'm thinking, you didn't pay a range, so why should I? I didn't really care for him or his response. The tech I was working with charged me $10 and would remove that if the new home button didn't work. He said the phone should be ready in about 45 minutes. I left and returned about 45 minutes later and it was all done. As promised, the home button did not work so, I wasn't charged. Then I used my $10 off coupon and I was gone. New screen and his phone looks brand new. I will return here for phone fixes (hopefully there won't be anymore). Only Upgrades, lol!!!

I went to Batteries Plus at 10159 Two Notch Road B, Columbia, SC to change the battery in my…read morekeyless entry for my Chevy Silverado. The first thing Josh did was try to upsell me to $23.95 for life time batteries for the keyless entry instead of $16.99 for a one time deal. I went with the one-time deal. The total rang up at $18.35. I don't mind paying for a service, but given the battery (CR2032) costs $0.97 when buying a 10 pack on Amazon. $16.02 to put the battery in is criminal. Even if you did his best deal it would take approximately 22 more replacements to break even on the deal. The problem with that is that the battery lasted 8 years - it was the only used given one of two. So, at 22 X 8, it would take 176 years to break even. Batteries Plus is a rip off. Buy the battery elsewhere and put it in yourself. They have lost my business.

Update tablet returned on 8/19/26…read more Wtaf!!! My tablet was taken in charged screen working with minimal cracks to the screen. The tablet will now not come on AND my screen is majorly damaged. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. For what reason? did you accidentally break the one that was ordered? No explanation just sorry we had to order another screen and we don't know when it will be here. What the fuck? Would that suffice if this was the other way around? Terrible terrible terrible. Definitely getting my refund for the stupid insurance plan- I cannot and will not be without another device for 2 weeks or more.
