Place sucks ,had them install my system they did it wrong they hooked up my stereo wrong my amp the grounded wrong , I had to wait forever just for them to do horrible work , the alarm also goes off only if doors are open . UpDated Review Went in to get a speaker box hooked up, literally that's it, l was told an hour it took a good while longer. I payed an left a little unsatisfied thinking l probably wouldn't go back. What changed my mind is the owner Moe, he reached out to me to see how my experience went, most owners l've dealt with could care less, your in an out they got your money done. Especially here at Dash their always busy so you can see they make good business. I will go back knowing l can talk to the owner if a problem should come up, he really went out of his way to satisfy a customer. Don't come to this place i went a long ago and this has been the worst experience in costumer service i have ever had in my life!! I went to get HID lights the first time they got me and installed them use HID parts and i notice cuz the left side was a different color then the right side! Then i told em then they ''fixed it'' and they put different parts again but they still were used parts i told em and they said that if i believed they were used part to took them to the court! okay , for those who are looking for an alarm system (viper2way) I will not come here. they installed my alarm everything worked good for like two weeks, after installation the alarm sound went out and few months after I started having problems with my car. when I mean problems I started having an electrical issue/failure. car will not crank nor turn over and each time you will hear a pop and whole car will shut off lights ect. i would have to disconnect and reconnect car battery to get lights back on, after many hours/days working on car I had to replace a couple of fuses and relays that blew I was still having problems. as soon as I disconnected fuses for alarm system the car turn right on and it has been a week with no issues. as soon as I reconnected the fuses the problem came back that exact moment. I am very upset with them I am very frustrated and hesitant to return to them. I will update this review once they replace this alarm system and key fob which doesn't even last a week and hopefully there will be no other issue. Will also be notifying the BBB because this is ridiculous. read more

I'm so disappointed my boyfriend took my Honda in to get tinted. They couldn't do it that day because I had visors on my car, I've never heard this in all my car history. But they said they could just double tint on the same car and seal it on to mine, we would just have to wait for one to come in. This place is open everyday or whatever your gonna tell me for about two month straight you didn't get one Honda Civic into your busy shop? So we came back talked to the same guy and he said the same shit "we will call you when we get your car in" they still hadn't done cramp, mind you we already paid for this to be done!!! He even promised to do the top banner on my car (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED IN THE ENDING!) so my boyfriend being the great guy he is took this guys word (MOE) . Eventually we decided to rip the visors off and take my baby in to get tinted. As soon as we told them they were all attitude talk about poor customer service! Oh p.s thanks for the crappy tint job it has bubbles, they didn't clean my windows. Don't worry I'll be sure to post pictures! On top of all this bullshit they needed access to under my hood hmmm never heard of a tint job near my engine but OKAY! I wouldn't finance with them either it should have been one price the upped it for install hmmm that was shady you never said anything about that. Watch your wallets people. I came to this store a few days ago and forgot to leave a review... any who... these guys are great I came into the store having issues with my sound system. Moe said it wouldn't be a problem for them to check it out free of charge. He told me it would be about a 10 minute wait before he could take my car to the back... in less than 10 minutes my car was already being looked at... I didn't get the two guys names that actually worked on my car... but I love how they inspected everything and did a process of elimination type of thing to see what the problem was. Needless to say they found the problem and was able to fix it for me... i will definitely being doing business with them again. Thanks so much! read more

My little brother had an appointment and I walked in. They told me my car would be ready in 3-4 hours and his should of been done within an hour. We walked back to the place within an hour sat down and found out they were working on my car instead of his. Prior to that they did a poor job of setting up an alarm in my car, the wiring doesn't look clean just hanging around in the engine bay and left an opened box cutter under my steering wheel next to my obd2 port. I almost cut my hand on it. Pretty much unprofessional work Update: Usually cars with alarms even if they're manual doors will lock with the alarm. so far this hasn't been the case and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. checked out the "professional" work they did to my radio. Nah electrical tape wrapped around the unit and the in dash kit. This place is is not professional at all I'll be telling everyone not to come here. read more

Me and the fam all bought rims and tires for all our vehicles, recently bought a new car and wanted to upgrade my radio to a double din indash, and I was bouncing back between sony or pioneer. I should of went with the pioneer, been having a lot of trouble with the Sony unit. Took it to the guys to fix it, and they take care of the problems, but I don't know if I got a bad unit or Sony dropped the ball on XAV-64BT, because I'm still getting problems with the unit, Bluetooth won't connect, bad feed back when its connected and trying to listen to a song, etc. Would give a 5 star if it wasn't for Sony! read more

Place is a joke. Paid to get my whole system installed and wasted my money. Had another company fix all of it. The camera was shaking and fuzzy when lights would come on, the stereo speakers sounded like shit. All the speaker were connected wrong, couldn't control turn off and on back to front or left and right. They were all hooked up either off or all on. No balancing. They also put the amps under my seats and left the plastic plate cover loose and bulging out not in the place it was originally. Also left the wire to the backup can exposed and hanging in back window. They said this is how it's done. Lmao. Needless to say I spent 250 for nothing, waste of money. Paid a different shop to start fresh and they did an amazing job. Camera clarity is so much better and everything looks back to normal. If you want your car to look like everything is broken on the interior, then go here. Oh and they also broke the clips on my headliner and they got angry when we complained. read more

Like other reviewers on here I too thought I would give this place a try even though they have some bad reviews. I called the day before to get an estimate, availability of parts and ask if they could do an installation on my car. The gentleman on the phone which never gave me a name and was very short on conversation (First sign) said they could do it, just show up first thing in the morning, no appointment needed. I showed up early the next morning. They opened late. (Second sign) No greeting very rude person attended me (guessing the same person). Discussed what I wanted done. He checked to see if he had the parts . He asked the installer if he could do the install which the installer replied "NO" I did not hear the conversation but he came back and said that he did not have someone to program the steering wheel control module. An installer that does not know how to program a common module? I explained to him that I called him the day before to make sure that they would be able to do the installation and all he said was "okay" HOW RUDE... read more

Love this place been coming here since they first opened and have been a satisfied and loyal customer every since. I have had multiple cars worked on here they have done installs on 93 Buick roadmaster low rider, my 05 Audi A4 convertible, my 65 Buick wildcat, my wife's 65 impala and my 06 dodge Magnum srt8. I've never had any problems with bad installs or damage cause by installation I think all these haters are tripping I once made them change out subs in a new install four times because they didn't sound right for the music I listened and wasn't charged a single dime to make the changes. Hear is what you need to know. If you are a bass head who knows nothing about audio fidelity and only only want a loud bass playing system for your 1990 clunker then this place is for you. If you own a new vehicle and are looking for a clean quality install that is hidden like your OEM system ....rhen stay away. Heres is what happened to me First off Dash used poor quality materials, chinese patch cords and power cable. The amp was poorly wired and grounded. The amp was not secured properly to an amp rack as discussed with the installer. In fact it was not even screwed down properly. I asked for it to look clean, like stock, but wires were left untucked and factory clips were busted or unfastened. The worst part was they purposefully mounted my digital sound processor in a spot that was convenient for them to mount but left me no access to adjust the settings. They even tried to bullshit me that they adjusted the time delay and did some basic eq settings. ALL HORSE SHIT. These guys thought I didnt know what I was talking about, what kind equipment I had and its capabilities. They thought they could bullshit me. I was foced to take my vehicle to another shop to correct the half ass work. It required a complete tear down and rewiring. Bottom line is this place does not employ audio technicians they employ backyard garage installers! If you care about your vehicle and want it done right dont go here. If you want it done cheap or want to play a bad joke.....this is your place. I should have trusted my instincts and also listened to the other reviews. These guys will bullshit you! read more

The worse ever. I call to get a price and they priced me $80 for all windows. I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment I show up 10 minutes early to find out they're not tinting windows due to the wind. When I questioned them about why no one call me. They couldn't tell me why. Okay so I make an appointment for the next day, to have that appointment cancelled due to the winds. At this point it's strike 2 but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment. I show up once again 10 minutes early to find out. Their tint guy left for the day. Once again no one called me to tell. I'm totally done with these clown. This place sucks just went one time to have my alarm checked drove over talked to the boss I guess he was, told him my problem he tells me he knows exactly what the problem is but bring it back next weekend so his Electrition can fix it for 25 dollars, so I call on Saturday some other dick tells me after I explain the whole thing over again he says bring it in on Sunday even though the the guy before said the electric guy does not work on Sunday, so I make another trip today get there and this asshole tells me oh it's nothing we can do because it's a factory alarm WTF!!! Why can't you find good help anymore?
