Place is a joke. Paid to get my whole system installed and wasted my money. Had another company fix all of it. The camera was shaking and fuzzy when lights would come on, the stereo speakers sounded like shit. All the speaker were connected wrong, couldn't control turn off and on back to front or left and right. They were all hooked up either off or all on. No balancing. They also put the amps under my seats and left the plastic plate cover loose and bulging out not in the place it was originally. Also left the wire to the backup can exposed and hanging in back window. They said this is how it's done. Lmao. Needless to say I spent 250 for nothing, waste of money. Paid a different shop to start fresh and they did an amazing job. Camera clarity is so much better and everything looks back to normal. If you want your car to look like everything is broken on the interior, then go here. Oh and they also broke the clips on my headliner and they got angry when we complained. read more

I have had multiple cars worked on here they have done installs on 93 Buick roadmaster low rider, my 05 Audi A4 convertible, my 65 Buick wildcat, my wife's 65 impala and my 06 dodge Magnum srt8. I've never had any problems with bad installs or damage cause by installation I think all these haters are tripping I once made them change out subs in a new install four times because they didn't sound right for the music I listened and wasn't charged a single dime to make the changes. Dash was cool, they have good customer service. They don't take too long lol ... It's one of the most popular audio places in the IE. Like other reviewers on here I too thought I would give this place a try even though they have some bad reviews. I called the day before to get an estimate, availability of parts and ask if they could do an installation on my car. The gentleman on the phone which never gave me a name and was very short on conversation (First sign) said they could do it, just show up first thing in the morning, no appointment needed. I showed up early the next morning. They opened late. (Second sign) No greeting very rude person attended me (guessing the same person). Discussed what I wanted done. He checked to see if he had the parts . He asked the installer if he could do the install which the installer replied "NO" I did not hear the conversation but he came back and said that he did not have someone to program the steering wheel control module. An installer that does not know how to program a common module? I explained to him that I called him the day before to make sure that they would be able to do the installation and all he said was "okay" HOW RUDE... read more

Hear is what you need to know. If you are a bass head who knows nothing about audio fidelity and only only want a loud bass playing system for your 1990 clunker then this place is for you. If you own a new vehicle and are looking for a clean quality install that is hidden like your OEM system ....rhen stay away. Heres is what happened to me First off Dash used poor quality materials, chinese patch cords and power cable. The amp was poorly wired and grounded. The amp was not secured properly to an amp rack as discussed with the installer. In fact it was not even screwed down properly. I asked for it to look clean, like stock, but wires were left untucked and factory clips were busted or unfastened. The worst part was they purposefully mounted my digital sound processor in a spot that was convenient for them to mount but left me no access to adjust the settings. They even tried to bullshit me that they adjusted the time delay and did some basic eq settings. ALL HORSE SHIT. These guys thought I didnt know what I was talking about, what kind equipment I had and its capabilities. They thought they could bullshit me. I was foced to take my vehicle to another shop to correct the half ass work. It required a complete tear down and rewiring. Bottom line is this place does not employ audio technicians they employ backyard garage installers! If you care about your vehicle and want it done right dont go here. If you want it done cheap or want to play a bad joke.....this is your place. I should have trusted my instincts and also listened to the other reviews. These guys will bullshit you! read more

The worse ever. I call to get a price and they priced me $80 for all windows. I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment I show up 10 minutes early to find out they're not tinting windows due to the wind. When I questioned them about why no one call me. They couldn't tell me why. Okay so I make an appointment for the next day, to have that appointment cancelled due to the winds. At this point it's strike 2 but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment. I show up once again 10 minutes early to find out. Their tint guy left for the day. Once again no one called me to tell. I'm totally done with these clown. This place sucks just went one time to have my alarm checked drove over talked to the boss I guess he was, told him my problem he tells me he knows exactly what the problem is but bring it back next weekend so his Electrition can fix it for 25 dollars, so I call on Saturday some other dick tells me after I explain the whole thing over again he says bring it in on Sunday even though the the guy before said the electric guy does not work on Sunday, so I make another trip today get there and this asshole tells me oh it's nothing we can do because it's a factory alarm WTF!!! Why can't you find good help anymore? I just don't get it if I had a place of business and I wanted people to come back or tell others that it's a great place to go I would do my best to help the customer and if I could not help them I would be up front about it and not bullshit them or over charge them or make them make trips to wast there time on a Sunday morning so now I will never ever go there again and I will tell everyone I know never go there because they are full of shit. read more

I then went there to ask them what happen with it and he tried telling me that the guy I was trying to sell it to got the call and he went and got it. I had a sound issue in my car & I wanted to know what was wrong. Before I came to Dash, I went to a place around the corner from here & the guy didn't even want to listen to my stereo. Instead he told me that what I was describing was I needed a new stereo & speakers $450+ installation. I drove to Dash & Kevin listened to my stereo & told me it wasn't a speaker problem it was a radio problem. Moe quoted $170 installed! HONESTY, professionalism & just simple courtesy are so rare these days BUT I found it all at Dash!! Within an hour I was driving away with my problem solved!! I been loyal to dash for a few years because they were the closest audio & tent service near me. For years they treated me with halfass service if the two brothers weren't presented in store. Pretty much if you're not willing to spend more then what you need too, they're not gonna do their best job. They don't make customers feel welcomed or informed on what customers are buying, if you go into the store just asking for things and not knowing what you want and what it's worth and nothing about sound system equipment, they will definitely over price poor quality brands to you. I still go to Dash to get little things like fuses because I work on my own system, I just don't make conversation anymore because a few guys in there act like they hate their job and treat their customers the way they're feeling that day and that's not professional. If you shop at Dash, really be on top of your sugar honey iced tea. read more

Well deserved 5 stars! Our tire burst on the freeway at night when all of the tire shops/mechanics were closed or closing, not only in Fontana but surrounding areas. DASH were the only people who were prepared to help us. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and tried to solve the problem, especially as the tire was a special order. They stayed well after closing time to help weary stranded travelers. They're reasonably priced and because of their care and dedication, we were able to get safely home! About today I was looking around for a place with good reviews and great customer service, personally I'd rather pay more and have great service then get a cheap price and horrible service. So I was referred by a friend to @dash_audio and I spoke with a gentlemen over the phone who said if I made it in 40 minutes our car would be up next (keep in mind we are coming from Irvine). So we made our way to Fontana excited to get a few things done to our car. The man at register said it would be 2 hours, that wasn't an issue at all, we made our way across the street and did some shopping while we waited killing as much time as we can. (1hr and 45 minutes) we came back and our car was parked on foothill blvd a very busy street not touched at all and to top it off we had originally parked our car inside. If we wanted it parked on the street risking to get hit we would have parked it there ourselves. The LEAST they could have done was give us a call and say it would be a bit longer it wouldn't have been an issue, but when you have 2 kids fusssing because they've been waiting for almost 2 hours and who knew how much longer they'd have us waiting. As a business owner, I know how important customer service is. Clearly they do not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE. On another note. this place is pretty cheap!! but you no what they say, (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR) i went in cuz i wanted a lil bass in my trunk, they charged me $280 for two crappy sonys and a 500 watt amp. they took a good 3 hours to install it, (P.S. the installers dont speak english) when i left, all the wires were hanging under my brake,clutch,and gas pedal, and 2 hours later i was leaving my house and i went to start my car and the battery sparked and made a really loud noise, so i popped the hood and these idiots didnt tighten the fuse holder screw so the wire came loose and touched the negative part of the battery, and im not done yet, when i turned my radio on and drove, i heard a whistleing noise in my speakers, and so i looked at my wires and the 8 awg power wire and the rca's were all wrapped together, which if you know anything about car audio then you know that you seperate your power wires and rca wires. i wish i could give no stars. crappy place. i do not recomend this to my worst enemy. long story short, if you pay a lil more you get alot better service and better products. GO TO CALIFORNIA SOUND ON VALLEY AND SIERRA. IM DONE read more

First time and last time at this place I was here last week to get my headlights and fog lights installed, when I got here they installed the headlights but didn't have the fog lights had to come back 2 days later. Came back got my fog lights installed I got home and one light is pointing up to the ski lighting the top of he palm trees my husband went and took a look at the lights and it turned out to be the wrong lights its was much smaller, they install a 1H when it should it have been an 8H the passenger side was hold together with some kind of tape and the driver side had a bracket from side to side to keep it together. Came back on Friday after work and the waiting time was a few hours so needless to say I didn't wait I was told to come back during the week came Monday and been waiting for 45 minutes and they are finally getting to work in my car something that should take 10 minutes it's taking an hour and not to mention that this is my third time at this place just to replace the headlights and fog light. Based on my experience I would not recommend anybody to this place I can honestly say that my 15 year old would it have done a better job than this place. Save your money and pay the extra $$ to a business that cares about their customers and the quality of their work. read more
