A few days later I noticed a sizable gap on the base of my rear window that did not get tinted. I took it back and they fixed it on the spot, no questions asked or no hassle given. It still didn't fully remedy the problem so they redid the whole window with no charge. To clarify, the problem was not to due to any poor workmanship, but the way my window sits. They are pretty busy so you may have to wait a week or so because you can get your service. Also, I had no idea windshield tinting is not included in the quote. You have to specify you want your windshield done because a full car tinting service does not include it, and it costs extra. Adrienne gave me a discount on my windshield because of the misunderstanding. Would definitely go back if I had another car to tint, but I got my friend a gift certificate because they did such a great job.

PLEASE READ I rarely leave reviews, but this one needs to be said. I brought my 2015 BMW M4 in…read morefor PPF specifically to protect the carbon fiber roof, which was in flawless condition beforehand. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. Beyond contaminants and poor finishing, the biggest issue is that the roof itself was cut into during the install. There are clear, visible cut marks in the carbon fiber--damage that was not there prior. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. A carbon fiber roof is one of the most sensitive and expensive panels on the car, and cutting into it during a PPF install should never happen. What made the situation worse was the response. There was no accountability from management or staff, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with dismissiveness. To make matters even more disappointing, one of the employees went as far as making inappropriate comments about my vehicle--completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I've trusted this shop for years, but the quality and customer service have clearly declined. I'm now dealing with damage to a panel that was previously perfect. I hope they take responsibility and make this right, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

They run on time and do their best to get you in-and-out of there. I was out of there in a shorter amount of time quoted when I arrived and I really appreciated that because a sista has things to do! But I also know that this business is worth the wait so, I would have waited if I needed to. I will continue to support this business because they never let me down. The staff from the front desk to the installers are always courteous and my Tint was completed perfectly w/o incident! The only issue I have with this place is the uncomfortable waiting area. Today it's 50ﾟ outside in a felt like the air conditioner was on full blast. The chairs a pretty old and it's always so dark in here. I'm not gonna let a few environmental discomforts keep me away, but I will bring a bigger coat and gloves next time! Haha

I should have taken the Groupon purchase as a red flag. My original appointment was scheduled for 3/16. I took the day off and showed up, only to not be serviced and not even receive a call informing me that they wouldn't be available. This was after they asked me to come in early. I rescheduled for 3/21 at 9 AM. I arrived on time, but the tint technician showed up late with multiple excuses. After waiting two hours, I discovered that the person who was supposed to tint my car had arrived but did absolutely nothing. This experience is extremely disappointing, especially when trying to support a Black-owned business. The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Situations like this unfortunately contribute to why some businesses struggle to stay afloat. I will not be returning or recommending this company.

The CSR was top notch friendly and efficient. Yes, this place is a bit "casual". The customer lounge is definitely Frat House Chic and I got there by walking through the upholsterer's area (where I first stopped to chat with their tech who has been doing upholstery work for 42 years!) then down a hallway lined with furniture and foam rolls. This is an old school shop where they don't worry about having a latte machine or inspirational posters on the wall. But the Manager offered me a cup of fresh Joe from his Keurig while I waited for the urethane sealant to cure and every single person I talked to their was genuinely friendly. I actually spent most of my time pestering the tech who installed my windshield because watching him work was mesmerizing. This guy was a true pro and he never asked me to leave him alone (although he may have been thinking it). The prices are right, they do the job right and FAST and don't waste your time with upsales or brochures. Def the place for auto glass, tint or upholstery work. Check them out.
