We shared a wide range of dishes--pretzels, beet salad, käsespätzle, döner kebab, König's burger, cabbage rolls, chicken schnitzel, and pork knuckle. The cabbage rolls, which are usually a standout, arrived cold, and several of the other dishes were noticeably greasier than we've experienced in the past What really sealed it for us was the service. Our waiter seemed annoyed the entire time and was blatantly rude throughout the meal. We tried to keep things simple by splitting the bill into three payments, which clearly frustrated him. When one person's card declined, he didn't walk over to the table--he shouted it across the room from his kiosk, twice. That was unnecessary and unprofessional. Between the mediocre food and rude service, we won't be returning.

Which were both incredibly good. I had the chipotle mango sausage on top of mac n cheese with grilled onions, bacon, and a side of chimichurri and refused to leave anything on my plate. Mac and cheese was great, especially with the chimichurri and the chipotle mango was great spice level, it was a light spice. The choripan special was great too. My friends got some regular sausages on buns and those were well sized and topped for the price. Great for families. Dog friendly in the heated and enclosed patio area, too! I ordered 10 pounds of assorted sausage from them back on June 28th through a marketing website and received a confirmation that they would notify me when they ship, and it was listed as "Express" for the shipping Flash forward to July 25th (just 3 days shy of a month later) while out of town for my daughter's wedding they decided to have the sausage delivered. The "feels like" on the day was discovered was 116, and the day before that, when it was delivered, was even hotter. My cat watcher noticed the package on a Saturday and when she brought it in and opened it the sausages were warm and slimy and placed the whole box outside in my garage. The order was delivered on Friday morning and sat outside all day in this heat, and part of Saturday. My garage stunk as the cat watcher did not want to smell up the house or fridge. We never received any tracking or any communication at all from anyone at We're the Wurst to notify us that there would be a HUGE delay in shipping, or that the item shipped. Had he have notified us that they were going to ship or shipped the package, we could have asked them to hold until we got back, or had a neighbor bring the box in. I emailed them and his reply was "it's not his fault what happens once the package arrives at my house," and his only mistake was not updating us with tracking. That is a HUGE mistake and the only reason this sausage wound up in the garbage. How can you ship out perishable goods a month after the fact and not notify anyone? I am battling this currently with my CC and the market place I ordered it from as he is currently ghosting me and not replying to any emails.

From the moment we arrived, the vibe was awesome--relaxed, welcoming, and exactly what we needed after a long drive. There's a nice parking lot and even a garden outside where they grow some of the veggies they use during the warmer months, which is a really cool touch. Inside, there's tons of seating, a lively atmosphere, and you can see the pizza oven, which adds to the whole experience. I ordered a beer flight and tried all of the IPAs, and every single one was great--fresh, well-balanced, and totally hit the spot. The food did not disappoint either. I had the tacos, which came with chips and salsa, and they were delicious. My wife ordered the gluten-free cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, and she absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and everything came out quickly without feeling rushed. This is definitely a fantastic place to enjoy some local beer, grab good food, and hang out with friends. I know most people are, but I'm definitely a place that will wind me over if they've got bottomless fries they just absolutely big baskets. This place we always get a full order of their loaded fries and they always tried quite a few. I think the blue cheese and the poutine are our favorite. The poutine has a very good gravy now normally people slap any kind of gravy on and call it a day and for me a sub standard gravy will absolutely ruin the french fries. Luckily, the person working, there was super nice, and when I asked him his personal opinion on it, he ran back, grabbed a few french fries and a little bit of gravy to give us a try super cool Also, they got really good beer, selection, and sours and other fun things like that. This is one of the few places that I've had such unique over the top original kind of drinks. I really mean just I can't even describe to you until you look at their list there's just stuff you could never imagine. I will say this is something that we have written down before to try to find when we traveled back up north. Always laid-back always clean always easy parking. We don't get that vibe in Redmond. In Bend we used to get a little bowl of bread Cubes and a small sampler dish of their homemade chimichurri that they were so proud of, and we loved. They don't do that in Redmond, not sure if they still do so in Bend... I think we've given Redmond 3 chances but staff are pretty indifferent, and the food doesn't wow us anymore. The brats and bangers are still good, but we feel it's not totally worth the prices anymore. Last time we were in Redmond location the women's restroom was out of tp. I told the staff twice and they were not busy, scrolling on their phones in between customers and they never re-stocked the to in the restroom.
