That is the reasons for giving two stars and not one (the minimum). Now, the driver completely ignored practically every road rule on our drive. He ran several stop signs and edged through red lights without stopping. He drove 45 mph on a 30 mph street (passing every other car!). He drove 75 mph on a 55 mph highway - again passing every car and tailgating the one car (in the high occupancy lane) that was doing the limit. And then something close to 40 mph in the 20 mph zone around the airport. This piece of **** did this with MY children in the car. ***hole! The icing on the cake was when this absolute disgrace of a man proceeded to shout and verbally abuse a driver who he blocked in at the airport and who I helped get past his car (completely safely!) whilst my wife was paying him. What a complete dick! There was absolutely no need for that. The driver is a disgrace and should be removed from the road immediately!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Tons of parking since it used to be a drive in. It's a bit tricky to get to in the dark as it's off a side road that winds around a bit before getting to the entrance. There is a shelter which has ticket machines and staffing. Nice place to wait if it's cold, especially at 3AM. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Appreciate this, especially again at 3AM. The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A. This is a great service especially if you have a super early/late flight that isn't amenable to taking the T. PS there is a discount if you book ahead on their website.

Daily parking is very reasonable at $7 per day, and a round trip ticket is $18 for adults if you purchase it online. When we traveled with our kids, it was an even better deal as kids ride free with a paying adult. So pretty much what you do is pull a ticket as you enter the large parking area, find a spot to leave your car (It can be busy during school vacation weeks, but we've always found. spot), and then either go into the terminal to purchase a ticket with a card as cash is no longer accepted or purchase ahead and show your ticket on your phone. The bus stops at every airport terminal and the driver helps with loading/unloading the larger pieces of luggage that are stored underneath the bus. When you return, you bring your parking ticket to the cashier inside the terminal, pay for however many days your car was parked and then exit the parking area by scanning your paid parking ticket. The terminal is heated and air conditioned and has plenty of seats for waiting for the shuttle. Bathrooms are clean, temperature controlled, and comfortable, and I believe there is even a bathroom on the bus, though we've never used it. The shuttle departs every half hour and it generally takes between 30-40 minutes to get to Logan. Currently, they don't run 24 hours a day, but it's pretty close to being round the clock. Definitely recommended as a more economical option to parking areas at Logan.
